“Left canvas came ripped and have not heard back about a replacement yet.”

“I was very disappointed. The framed canvass was nicely packed in the shipping box which arrived without any issues..... Until I saw the the product. I couldn't believe how thin the canvas was where you could practically see through it. The black frame looked really cheap. I was shook! I text and emailed Elephant Stock and have been asking for a return shipping label. I packaged the item with the original packaging and added a soft foam then put it back in the box and have been waiting for a week for a label. I'm still waiting for a response other than "What's your order number" which I included in every correspondence. I have to say that they really do not stand behind their own policies. It comes across as they don't really care whether you are satisfied or not. They have it posted on their website that their customers happiness is so important to them and pride themselves in the fact that they offer free returns ..... yet make it extremely difficult to actually return the product. I'm not impressed with their customer service. I can't stand when they literally make it so difficult to talk to their support staff and even more difficult to return orders that I will never purchase anything from them again. That along with the product I received was so cheaply made and looked like it was put together in 2 minutes with poor quality materials. I understand that sometimes you don't get what you expected and when the company responds and makes returns and it exchanges a cake walk those are the companies who will always have me as a customer. Elephant Stock is NOT one of those companies. I can't tell you how surprised I was and you can tell that they make it this difficult to return your picture hoping that you will give up and just keep it. That to me is total nonsense. For me customer service and how they respond and address your concerns means more than the quality of the product. I highly suggest that you purchase your art work from another vendor/company. They all have the same inventory pretty much. Just saying!!”

“Image in large format is not in focus. Normally on canvas and this is not emphasized on website. Waited 1 month to receive it with no hardware to put frame together. Called customer service on multiple occasions and they wouldn't cover return shipping from Canada. DON'T BUY FROM ELEPHANT STOCK.”

“I would not order again from this company. This was a Christmas gift for my son. He wanted the original pictures, the one with teal in it. The picture received was mostly black and white. For the money paid, this was terrible.”

“Contacted Elephant Stock on Monday, 3/18/24 same day I received art to report that one of the three pictures came with glass broken. Totally understand that sometimes items can break during shipping, no problem there if issue is resolved. On 3/19, received a boilerplate e-mail response, so I asked for a timeframe of when a replacement can be expected and the response email was replacement is in for processing to wait for tracking number e-mail. It's now 3/22 and no tracking number e-mail. It's a shame because the art is nice quality, however Elephant Stock's process/communication on fixing issues has a lot to be desired.”

“I had a delivery 6 days ago of a framed print. Part of the print was wrinkled. I sent photos and requested an exchange. I heard back from ElephantStock in 24 hours, stating that someone would email me about the problem. I still have not heard anything. I asked again 2 days ago, what the status of the exchange was, and was told again to wait for an email. I have never worked with a company that does not find a resolution within 24 hours. I am still waiting.”

“I am disappointed with the order. I feel like I was mislead, the photo illustrates 2 seperate sections, which appear to be constructed of wood materials, but actually was a single piece and a print on canvas. Unfortunately I don’t have time to review another option, and decided to just keep the piece delivered. Pasquale Carino”

“This was the biggest waste of my money I work very hard for. I paid $280 for a very large poster with a cheap frame that is not strong enough to hold the backing up. I pick it up and it bends so the plexiglas comes out. I know it's relatively inexpensive but I can't hang this. I love the poster but feel very cheated.”

“The print I ordered was as advertised. The process to receive the print, however, was awful. Customer service said I may be trying to defraud Elephant Stock and asked for a copy of my online bank statement. I explained that I used a credit card and my bank statement would not have anything about my print order. So they asked for a copy of my credit card statement. Had this happened in a store, I would have simply walked away. But this was a gift and I had no time left to go elswhere, so I relented and sent in a portion of my credit card statement matching the address with the purchase. If a business does not trust me enough to charge a credit card, I won't be shopping wiht that business.”
