“Art itself is cool but it arrived completely unaligned and the print was curled under the screen and the whole thing sealed shut - so I have to cut the sealed back open to fix it”

“My rating is related specifically to the quality of the "large art" print that I ordered. Everything else about the company was great .I received ample order updates. It shipped quickly. The concept seemed good. It was easy to put together. I ordered a "large art" print 48 x 72 inches. The image quality was abysmal. It was clearly an image that had been supersized and looked nothing like the vibrant, crisp image on the website. The lines were blurry. The colors were muted. It looked cheap and made everything else in the space looked cheap when I tried to hang it (just to see if I was wrong in my initial impression). I was very excited about the order but disappointed in the product. I hope they accept the return.”

“Ordered a large piece of art (Spanish Plates). After putting the frame together and tucking in the print, the frame wouldn't stay flat - annoying as hell as it caused us to have to figure out a creative workaround. The print itself was also not nearly as vibrant and colorful as was represented on the site. For the price paid, we expected much better. Disappointed to say the least.”

“I've ordered through elephant stock before and been pleased, but for some reason this time I just wasn't happy with the print I received on canvas. It seemed like the lines weren't really crisp on the image and it didn't seem like the same quality that I had received before. overall disappointed 😕”

“Way too many emails, including ones that are out of order. I was told my order had shipped and after that I got a email saying that my order was being prepared. Then the emails came wanting me to buy even more artwork before I even received my order. Then the emails came wanting me to review Elephant Stock came before I received my order. I have received multiple requests to write a review and I haven't even hung the painting yet. So many annoying communications, I can only write Elephant Stock two stars.”

“I guess I did not read the description well. Thought it was stretched canvas around a frame. Instead it is a flat print. Lettering is not evenly spaced or centered across the top. All in all, not worth the money.”

“I'm so sad. Spent $350 for a large print that looked great on my computer screen, but when it arrived it's super pixelated on canvas. Wish your ordering system could detect when a picture would look pixelated when blown up and give a warning about resolution or something, when I've used snapfish for small prints it gives a warning if resolution is low enough where pic won't look good. I'm sure it's my fault so I'm not complaining, but the picture looks terrible and I'm sad.”

“I thought this company was a platform for photographers and artists. After I ordered I found out I was getting a stock photo. It took too long to hear back from someone in customer service. Disappointed in my purchase. The glass had too much glare so I had to replace the glass at my own expense.”

“I was so disappointed. The colors were dull not bright at all. Your canvas artwork does not measure up to Art.com canvas prints. I have ordered 8 Connie Townsend canvas artwork from Art.com with expectional quality, bright colors & clear canvas prints. The colors of the dogs & car in my Elephant Stock canvas print were so dull & a little fuzzy. No life to the canvas print at all. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!”

“I waited to get my order far longer than the 4-6 days quoted on the website. Then when I finally received my order, we were sent a 90x60 frame for our 72x48 canvas. I was asked to return the frame and had to repackage it and take it to FedEx. I still have no update on the frame I'm waiting for. Why hasn't it been shipped? It should be expedited after all of the issues. Very frustrating.”

“I first saw the "Primary Roof Tops, 1 and 2 at a furniture store. I immediately fell in love with the subject matter, but what really caught my attention was the bright, vivid colors. After many months, I decided to buy the prints from Elephantstock. While the subject matter is the same, the colors appear faded. I looked back at my pictures taken with my I phone and yes, the colors in my prints are in no way representative of what I had fallen in love with at the furniture store. To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. Not so much, for the money spent, but I didn't get what I wanted. Probably won't purchase from you again.”

“Unfortunatley, I am not please at all. First shipping was HORRIBLE to get me order, since it was outsourced to Amazon. Then the actual art was very diappointing, not what I expected for the price. NOT HAPPY!!!”

“I am disappointed with ElephantStock’s customer service. I ordered 9 of the 15x15 canvases and one of them didn’t turn out. I reached out to get it replaced and the representative Cynthia said I couldn’t order just one to replace the one that was messed up. This told me I could order a 16x16, but that’s too big. It was very upsetting, because every time I oil at the 47x47 wall hanging I see the error that cannot be fixed.”

“I wanted to give you a better review, but I just can't. The print was really nice, the frame good, but the assembly was extremely poor. The top part of the print/glass, and board was not pushed down all the way. You could see the prongs. I had to disassemble the entire product to push the glass, print, and support down below the prongs and reassemble. Sorry, but I expected much more for a product that was listed over $180 dollars.”

“I am very disappointed. This picture did not look worth the price I paid. On top of it I had to maneuver the sides inorder that the wood doesn't show. I have purchased other artwork and have been very satisfied but was definitely a purchase I regret.”

“My canvas push pin map was very disappointing. The lettering and words were very small and blurry. I couldn't make out many of the cities. I have a cheap plastic map that I paid 12.99 and it's so much more clearer than the canvas map.”
