This company is terrible and profits off of your inability to return to uk. I bought shoes for 130 dollars and it would cost 80 to return, they do not offer any support.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered stuff off this website to be sent an email a few days later saying stock isn’t available and the product will be refunded. I’ve asked to cancel the other items with the order and they say it’s too late everytime. Customer service is horrible, although they do get back to you but they use the same excuse every time. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this site as it isn’t cheap

I entered END launches with the price stated $119 and 2 days later the price changed to $139. When I asked customer service why is there changes. They reply it may have been system syncing issues?? But the launches is been there a week ago and the price changed 2 days before the launches. END is really ending their business.

END.com Not Valuing Customers I had mistakenly placed a wrong order for a pair of sneaker from END.com in the UK. The sneakers received were in Boys Size instead of Adult. I’d thought UK 12 is an US 13. Long story short, I had to concur $66 dollars of return postage on a pair of $133 sneakers. When I reached out to Customer Service (David Baker) to plead forgiveness and in asking for a $66 credit to put towards future purchase. Guess what? Completely got shot down with a flat NO... Guess END is doing so well and that Customer Recovery is not within their vocabulary, especially to David Baker. Not going to be a sore loser but wanting to WARN consumers ordering through END. If that’s the way they want to run their business, they will end up like their Company name....

I bought my shoes from the U.S, but the shoe was too big for me. So I wanted to change size, but in order to return the shoes I had to pay $130 and they don’t change size for free. NEVER buy from this site.

I ordered a jacket in medium size and received it in small size!!! I sent them email and they told me to return it paying the shipping cost, which is 30 euros from Greece, and then they will send me the right size!!! Additionally I truly believe that the Barbour jacket I ordered is fake because the labels have nothing to do with the original ones.

I ordered my Sneakers on Tuesday, and Friday they were ready for pick at the Fed Ex store. I was skeptical about ordering after reading the horrible reviews. Happy to say, no issues for me.

Misleading sale practice - Was trying to get my purchase from them due to the quick delivery time as claimed on its website. I initially placed the order on the basis that it would arrive by Dec 5, 2019. It turns out my order wasn't even processed for shipment as of Dec 5 and it is impossible for the parcel to arrive on time. I asked to cancel the order and get the item elsewhere, and was told that I can only return them for refund AT MY OWN EXPENSE. Lesson learnt: Don't take the delivery time stated on its website seriously. They don't mean to abide by it.

I should have read these online reviews before placing my orders. Needed a bag urgently and it's not in stock in my country. Saw the Fedex delivery from End and estimated delivery date in few days will be in time for me. Annoyingly, there was no status update on the order after 4 days, so it's quite unlikely to be on time. Checked to customer service, am told that stocks are in 2 warehouses, so it takes time. The estimated delivery time to absolutely just scam to entice you to place order. There is no sense to keep to it.

This is a scam organization that profits from hidden policies that benefit the company while screwing over the customers. I was sent a counterfeit item that they refused to accept the return on. Customer service is selectively responsive and will often ignore your messages for days.

End customer service is the worst.Multiple times my orders are not filled or just partially filled.last year order some christmas gift and they cancel it 14 days later without notifying me.after placing an order i try to cancel it two hours later and the rep told me theres nothing he can do about it and for me to return it when it arrive,seriously???

Ordered a pair of Jordan 6. Stitching on eight shoecesy off and even has black thread in it when it should be all white. The left shoe is fine. The Jordan box was destroyed as well which was annoying as a collector. I can't help but feel suspicious of these being fakes

I used to love your shop before. But now I don’t really recommend it after such an experience. The Nike sneakers I got from you were disgusting. Horrible quality looking more like a fake one. The sneakers were covered with glue, the rubber on base looked like I got sneakers from Aliexpress.. I hoped that you would offer a 50% discount for this sneakers or free shipping back to you. But you only say that you apologized and refund it after I send it to you. All in all, I spend 55$ for shipping it to me and back. I stayed without sneakers. And it was only your fault, that you send to your customer such sneakers. You must pay for your mistakes but not the customers. Probably, I continued using ur service if you had offered 50% discount or free return. But you just say sorry:)) very professional!

I bought a wool cardigan that was advertised as having leather buttons. It arrived with hard plastic imitation leather buttons. So, I contacted their customer service asking that they refund me enough to cover the cost of replacing the buttons, as I am otherwise very keen to keep the sweater. They offered a small refund, but not half enough to replace the buttons. When I pressed on, the customer service rep called their refund a “good will gesture” that I basically had to take or leave. Overall, my experience with End. left me feeling like they don’t really care to honor their advertisement of their products, and that they don’t respect their customers’ money. A good company should pay the cost of replacement in order to keep a customer and do right by somebody. But instead of wanting to make it right, End. wants to extend “good will gestures” that feel like a weird half-hearted attempt at diplomacy.

I used to love this store till I tried to exchange a Tshirt for a smaller size one. I spent over GBP1,000 and they refused to exchange my GBP69 T-shirt for a smaller size one. They lost a customer for life plus all this reviews for the value of a T-shirt. Not sure who trained these guys on customer service.

I got my shoes from shoe chart and size is wrong. I wanted to return but they lack on shoe size variety. Never will purchase from this site again.

ORDER # 4400768551 did not include Cote&Ciel Inn S Cross Body Bag it only has the tags and the packaging but not the actual bag, all I'm getting is evasive, default answers telling me to wait 72 hours or so I'll have to probably go to my bank and get chargeback or paypal dispute would avoid from now on, you should seriously reconsider ordering from this place
