“Stole £25 from my Paypal - but I didn't order anything from this website for almost 2 years!! Stole £25 from my Paypal. Sent me an email to say "your order has been confirmed", but the thing is that I didn't order anything from this website for almost 2 years!! Customer service was not responding until I left a negative review on Trustpilot website. All they say is that they cannot help. No refund, no order cancellation, nothing. It's a scam. Read the reviews on Trustpilot, half of the people say their code didn't work and Eneba refused to refund them or offer a new key. So it is obvious they must be scamming people. Shocking customer service. They said they cannot help and closed my case without me even replying to their last message! Then sent me a link to rate their "support"!!! Avoid this website at all costs. You have been warned.”

“TOTAL SCAM! They sold me a game code that was already used. When I provided them screenshots providing that the code was already redeem and screenshots of my order history showing that I didn't receive the game they still said there's nothing they can do and won't give me a refund. They are thieves. Beware.”

“Bought a software package. The image showed the current version. When I purchased the software, it was a version a few years old. Eneba had no interest in helping me. This was my first and last purchase from them. I am not saying every product on the site is falsely advertised but I am saying that if you are the victim of a shady seller, Eneba will not help you.”

“Absoluttely horrible experience, the SMS verification simply did not work. Consistenly. After an hour of trying to use this absolutely horrible service, I had to gave up. If this review finds you, DO NOT USE THEM.”

“I bought a game on October 10th, the code doesn't work. I sent an email asking for a solution, they replied that they would speak to the supplier(?) and to date they have never said anything to me again. If you want to buy a game to play in a few weeks, this is the ideal store”

“Well i tried to buy a game but after i put in my paypal info it told me my transaction failed because i had ad block on and to try again so i did the it ask for a phone number to send a link to and then told me my number was not real . So i checked my PayPal and found they charge me every time they said try again . i tryed eneba customer service they had me write a ticket and never got back to me so i had paypal get rid of the charges . its just a scam site .report to Google as a scam site i know i am cause this is a big scam .”

“Worst website ever, I purchased a product, there was a bug during the payment, and after an hour or something, I got automatical refund e-mail (which I hope is true and they will give my money back, I would prefer the product, though). Not trustworthy at all.”

“I bought a $100 eshop gift card from their site from one of their sellers on December 18th. When I went to activate it for my brother on December 24th for his Christmas present, it was already activated. I tried to resolve this issue and 2 weeks later they sent me an email essentially stating that it wasn't activated when it was sent out and that they sided with the seller. Thank God for PayPal and their protection because I already got refunded from them and if I hadn't used them I for sure would not have the eshop card or the refund, I'd just be out $$. Luckily, Gamestop has digital delivery and Christmas was saved, more of the story, stay away from this sketchy site and save yourself the trouble by going with one of the official distributors. Nothing but scammers and skells here.”

“well, we ordered a product which we received a code to activate. Lo and behold, the code did not work. When we contacted Eneba, it was sorry, but the seller states it has been activated, We lost $292. Do not trust this site.”
