“Next day delivery,item was new undamaged, no oil with it though,so couldn't fire it up, it needs 10w30. 600ml. these are seriously quiet, electric and pull start. well made, even has hour meter, 2xuk plug sockets. on inverter mode sounds like its running just of tick over. on normal its still quiet. although its on wheels ,fuelled up its still lift able,”

“Well I'm not happy I rang you over a week ago and was promised that the regulator would be with me last Saturday bout a week on and still not here so have not used the geny apart from the first day so had to cancel the jobs as with out it I have no power to run my work shop . So if it is not sorted asap you can come and collect it and give me a full refund From philip Stanyard atfurlongs farm bitterley ludlow Sy83hr”

“I can obtain power now without connecting to the grid. Ideal in an emergency. Simple connections, lightweight and can be used in many environments. Useful for narrowboats, in fact I will be purchasing a smaller generator as back up for a Motorhome.”

“""We organised a wedding in a field near Amersham and chose a firm quite quickly to help us ....... that was Energy Generators. We hired two 22kVA generators, one as a spare in one of their 'wedding packages' which does include all the wiring we needed. We provide a simple plan of what we need and their electrician Craig did a fabulous job giving us exactly what we wanted, cannot praise the service enough. I would recommend them to anyone else running a wedding or other large event.”

The help and good service and quick delivery (2 days) to Channel Islands that I received was impressive, the packaging was excellent and after fuel and oil it fired up straightaway and it was quiet. “Excellent service with prompt delivery. The Champion 2300 inverter generator is everything it claims. Superbly made and finished, easy to start and runs very quietly particularly in eco mode. There may be cheaper but I need peace of mind that it will run my mobile disco flawlessly. So far it has!”

“Very good and sorted out an issue which was nothing to do with them but entirely Stephill's fault. Stephill sent me a generator with dodgy welding and badly mounted power points which were not level. It had a scratched tank too and they were far from willing to help. Lee Pears at Stephill had even gone as far to say that the machine would get more scratches in the future so I shouldn't worry about it. Hardly the response I'd wanted to hear after paying £1500 for the machine. Anyway after leaving a not so favourable review here which was aimed at Stephill, I got a response from Energy Generators Ltd. They took control of my complaint and went above Lee Pears. I received a £250 refund to cover the damages and poor construction of the item. Would I buy another generator from Energy Generators, well the answer is YES. Would I buy another from Stephill, Yes. I see the faults as trivial but still enough that I should have not paid full price. The engine is a Honda and I have heard the Stephill brand is reliable. Time will tell though, and we shall have to see. How would I rate Energy Generators themselves. I would give them 10/10 and Scott personally I would also give 10/10. Great bunch of people. Step hill I would give 5/10 for trying to sort things out nicely. 5/10 for their behaviour. 5/10 for the finishing of the unit. 10/10 for the main build of the unit so that is the engine to alternator. I am intending to buy another Stephill generator but will suffer the wait of 6 months because of the aforementioned. I want to see how reliable this generator is through the cold winter months ahead. IF positive and no issues with starting, Scot will get a second order from us in February 2018.”
