“Easy to compare companies. Especially good to have the rate for my average usage and not just the advertised rate. As a new customer, I will have to evaluate after usage and not just signing up. It appears I should cut my bill almost in half.”

“Energy Bot is without question the most thorough tool to analyze your energy habits and help select the best pricing option available. I’m glad I stumbled upon their site. With their tool I’m comfortable with the plan I chose. It was slightly intimidating at first because I wasn’t sure it was a single company pitching their product but once I realized it was truly objective within the scope of their options it felt like cheating the system.”

“Very user friendly. I also compared prices with other energy search functions and the "real" rate is what you want to see. Other services don't provide the real rates and that can cause a significant problem. Furthermore, there's an average monthly energy usage for my home; energybot makes it simple to see that number. BUT, understand that it is very rare that you will hit that number exactly, which means you have to consider the cost of your energy use when you are significantly over and under that average number. Energybot showed plans that got cheaper per kwh the more you used, but other sites presented energy plans to got more expensive per kwh as you are off of your average monthly usage number. Beware: this can lead to significant differences in your costs, i.e., higher.”
