“Everytime we use enterprise there are nothing but problems. Not having what was booked(booked a 4wheel drive truck a month in advance) not having any vehicles to rent out when booked over a week out. Have booked in different cities and different states and always a problem.”
“They suck from a to z. Can't reserve a car, only get what they have. Don't know about Windex or own a working vacuum. And the staff of "manager trainees" have a long time and a lot of training to do. The ONLY reason they remain in business is the car insurance companies, UASS oops USAA in this case. Used to be a company with a good report and some honor. Not any more.
Switch to any other company and pref the ones that start with any other letter in the alphabet. The only this USAA has excelled in is horrible, lazy, and incompetent management. They should read business for idiots and sell theirs.

3. Company policies are not minding by employees and will be broken continuously
4. Internal communication within the company doesn’t exist and it has a great likelihood of effecting you as a customer
5. Corporate offices will not return your calls or handle your manners
6. Professionalism is nonexistent
7. You will receive an influx of emails for unjust charges an future sales, however you will not receive a reply or response if you contact them
8. You will be forced to leave bad reviews even if you don’t do reviews because they will not listen any other way
9. You will be left disappointed, confused and disrespected
10. You will likely never use enterprise again”
“Firstly, they sent the wrong car; they didn't provide relevant paperwork or advise when and how to hand this over. They offered a 33% discount on future rentals because of the calamity this caused, which I tried to claim this week, but guess what? They did not honour this or return my calls. I called Mansfield and Chipping Sodbury branches several times. I have cancelled my future bookings and advised my commercial business not to use enterprise again, bandits. Complete an online form via their website to complain. No response.”

“My car was totaled in a wreck, we had to rent a car and rented one from Enterprise. BIGGEST mistake we ever made. We returned the car, the leasing agent said the vehicle looked good and gave us our deposit back. Two weeks later we get a letter saying we owe them for hail damage that happened 3 days after we returned the vehicle. They said they are going to file on our insurance did $5000!!! We immediately contacted our insurance agent and told them to deny the claim. Enterprise has harassed us for over 3 weeks saying we are responsible for the damage. We are NOT!! We didn’t have the vehicle at the time the hail damage happened. So they put us on a list that we can never rent a vehicle anywhere, which we could care less. We told them to do whatever they had to do. I am contacting everyone we know to never use Enterprise because they are a fraud. I’m also contacting the BBB!!”
“Customer service in Fayetteville NC was only good at the Ramsey street location. The agents acted as if they were too busy to check other locations for the vehicle I needed. I reserved a large SUV online only to be informed in person that it was not available. I had an out of town funeral to attend.”
“The employees at the loganville location will block in a customer's car and then laugh at them about it when they come to talk to them about why their cars blocked in. 3 separate cars in 1 week.I have spent at your loganville location this current week. And the thank the impostomer who has come and rented 3 separate cars in 1 week.They thanked her by blocking her car in and not giving her information that she needed to know that it would be because she had no other choice but to leave it there. “Rented a car Jefferson hills Pa a Chevy Malibu the windshield cracked due too defect GM covers windshields due to defects for up to 12 months the car was pretty new not over 12 months I’m sure but Enterprise decided to come after there customer rather than take the car to Chevy to have it fixed witch cost me out of pocket windshield was almost $500 you could clearly see that nothing hit the windshield it was a defect on Chevy but they like to come after the customer for money because I didn’t buy there insurance I will be sure to never rent there again and I have lots of friends I will be getting the word out for sure that they don’t take care of customers”
“They deceived us that they would deliver the cargo tomorrow every day for a month.Our car stalled in the middle of the road in the evening. We waited 12 hours for help! Without water, without food, in the cold. Then they did not give us our cargo for more than a month, which caused great damage to our business, since in the car there was cargo necessary for opening a cafe. We suffered huge losses. The company told us that they would give us compensation, but then they refused. Despite our request, they sent money for rent not to us, but to the driver, who had already left by that time.
Treating people this way is unacceptable!”
“I recently entered into a rental agreement with Enterprise car rental in connection with my USAA membership. The gave me a confirmation number of 1296893420 for a pick up specific pick up morning time. They called me the next day and said their morning bookings would not allow them to honor our agreement and offered me an after noon time which has cost me about $600 in total because I had scheduled things based on our agreement. I contacted their main office they took some information and said they would let me know if they can help remedy the situation. They never responded back so now I am out of money and my integrity is probably I question because my plans will not be met.”
“The SUV had terrible weather checked tires when they gave us the rental, and when we returned the car, they told us that the tires had “damage” and made an unauthorized charge to our credit card to make us pay for the tires that were already bad when they rented is the car.”
“Elie Atallah- the "Branch Manager" for the Palm Springs Airport doesn't return calls, emails or texts regarding customer experience issues. Instead, you can only reach a call center where no one has technical knowledge for app or account issues. You can't escalate to Regional Managers, because while the call center agents open "tickets"-- no one actually responds or takes accountability.
Enterprise used to be a top-notch, service-oriented organization that helped people grow in their jobs and also took swift action if there were issues during a rental. Not anymore- it's gone way downhill, like "customer service" in most places. Had someone returned my email or called me to say they were on it, needed more time to troubleshoot, etc., I would have been patient.
But almost 2 weeks with no response is absurd. Beyond disappointing.”
