“Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Car broke down in a blizzard. I called the company road service. This happened on Saturday. They told me if I wanted a replacement car, I would have to go from Oshawa to Toronto Airport. I said I can not it is a blizzard. I had my grandson with me. Anyway, 5 phone calls to customer service?, and 5 tow truck calls to me, I still have no car replaced. Like, it is Monday night. I now have to wait until Tuesday for a call from a “ Manager”. Like what heck. Less than 15,000 kms, and it overheats?? Come on. I had to find a ride from the breakdown site to my home 50 kms away. Thanks. Geography lesson.”
“Made online reservation at airport location, but when I arrived there I was told no cars would be available for the next twelve hours. What upset me even more was the attendant telling me they tired to notify me which was a lie. Very unprofessional service, will avoid them based on this experience.”
“This is the second time trying to rent a vehicle. Called their rental number and went through the process and completed selecting and approval of rental only to have the pickup location call me and say they had no cars available. You would think that a rental company that's been in business this long that they would have a better inventory tracking system.”

“My wife reserved a compact CAR at the Abbotsford Int’l Airport . When she got there they tried to give her a big ass pickup truck, and said they had no Cars. My wife can’t drive a big truck in the city. Now she was stranded at the airport with no vehicle. I will never rent another vehicle from Enterprise ever!!!!!”

“We are from out of town and got into a wreck which was not our fault. The insurance company of the other party was paying for us to get a rental until they can total out our car and send us a check. Well upon arrival at enterprise we was supposed to to give them our name, phone number and pay a $50 security fee which will be reimbursed later. Let’s just say that did not go as planned when we went to pay the rental fee with our visa debt card they declined quickly and said it had to be a credit card which we do not own. So after we get a credit card from a family member here they still declined us and told us they was not working with us to leave. We called corporate and they said they do except debit cards but they couldn’t help us either because each branch had their own set of rules. So if you are in Aiken,SC and get into a wreck I do not recommend this enterprise at all and suggest you go a different route.”
“I would never recommend renting a vehicle from the enterprise location in Ogden Utah. Their management staff is very unprofessional and rude! Never ever rent from these people! Rent from the Layton,Utah location, much friendlier and helpful staff”
“I was misinformed about rental coverage. I was charged for three days after being informed I would not be charged and then told to tell my insurance company to pay me back for charges. The ticket had been closed. They could do nothing”
“I wanted to write an update to my one star review. That issue did happen however, on Monday when I could call the office that I rented my car from the issue was handled. So just a little recap. I was given a rental car because my car was in the shop being fixed due to an accident. The first car I was given within 24 hours had a major malfunction light come on. I call the 800 number since it was a Sat afternoon. I was told to take it to the Naperville office on Sunday to exchange to car. The Naperville office's had the worst customer service I've dealt with and told me that the car was fine. They wouldn't switch the car out. I told them if something happened to the car, I had tried to switch it out and they refused. So Monday I called the Villa Park office and let them know what happen over the weekend. Luke and Nick were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure I would get a different car. They went as far as bringing the car to my house and switching it out. Enterprise should feel very lucky to have Luke and Nick working for them! So when employees like Jack Bronec give terrible customer service to a customer, Luke and Nick can come in and fix the situation. If Jack had just done his job in the first place I wouldn't have given your company a one star review and then gone on the read all the other one star review. Yikes! So the point of this long story is, that I feel that Luke and Nick should probably get a bonus, because if they did this with me they are most likely treating all their customers like rockstars.”
“Had to give a time to pick up my rental, I arrive 15 minutes after the arranged time and car isn’t ready. I voice my displeasure at having to wait on not one but 2 cars (1st car is stuck in the snow in their lot). After mentioning this the branch manager asks what he can do to make it right, I told him it should’ve been ready by the time I had reserved it for, he said it was. Nope, windshield wipers still covered in the ice/snow from the wknd. After a few back and forth he asks for the keys, tells me we are done here. This is the 2nd time of a bad experience at this location…called my insurance co and explained the situation. Enterprise will not be making any $ from me or my ins policy.”
“I had the easiest experience with the Issaquah rental car location a big shout out to Nick Kennedy as he made my experience even more memorable with great attitude and all around ease for me right at closing time too. I will definitely be renting from them again. All the staff were great to work with.”
