“Insurance quote vehicle prices. I waited for a week to ensure it would get that price. So when I went to pick up car only suvs was available which was higher cost. The first one was dirty inside and the tires was worn out. So they starting offering me the upcharges for about thirty or forty more per day. I think it is sad that they want the rental to paid for wear and tear of their car. I had full coverage on my vehicle so why would I pay for more insurance. Checking all fluid do not ensure I safety on the road.”
“St Louis, got to the rental office and they wouldn't accept my bank card. Reserved the car weeks prior. Literally had to sleep in the airport overnight and wait for another rental place to open.

“I would give zero stars if it was an option. Rented a truck for a funeral 1,365 miles from home. Set it all up to pick up at airport. Was told AT PICKUP that I needed a credit card to pick up. I said that I wasn't told that when reserving and she said I should have read the fine print. I asked her what I could do as I was 1365 miles from home and 2 hours away from where I needed to be for FIL Funeral. She said not really her problem. As I was trying to figure out what I was going to do I got emotional. This women pointed me out to a coworker and laughed... what poor customer service.”
“Do not rent from enterprise. Rent-A-Car was a horrible experience. I didnât drive the rental car 20 miles. It overheated took several calls to get a wrecker driver. then they sent me to a closed enterprise branch in the airport at one in the morning an hour from home had to borrow a vehicle to get another replacement car from enterprise then about a month and a half later they sent me a bill for $3700 saying that I damaged their vehicle that I was an accident which I was not so I am. Iâm fighting it because it was not me. I would hitchhike before I run from enterprise again thumbs down save yourself. Donât do it.”
“I would give 0 stars if I could to this disgrace of company. I rented from them in April and there was minor damage to the vehicle. I was happy to fill out the claim and told by the branch that because the damage is minor, I should receive some money back from my initial deposit. 2 weeks later and after going back and forth with not just the branch (full of incompetents) and head office (just pass the blame to someone else) and the damage claims department (assured me they couldn't do anything, more incompetent staff and unhelpful behaviour), nobody has helped me to date with my issue, but rather, stolen my money. This company is run my crooks and thieves and they clearly act incompetent in order to take your money. I am 100% due a refund after the damages didn't amount to the entire deposit, but everyone is either actually terrible at their job, or it's done with malicious intent. I have been run in circles by this miserable company and wasted my time trying to get the rest of my deposit back. As if I don't have anything better to do? And it's not a small amount of money either. Absolute disgrace, do yourself a huge favour and avoid at all costs. All departments, local branches, head office and the damage claims will be completely unhelpful and pass you onto someone else. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The incompetent is utterly staggering and I don't know how they are still in business.”

“My rental broke down. I called roadside assistance three hours later. No one had come so I called back. There was no record that I even called then they sent me to the airport in the middle of the night at one in the morning to closed enterprise I had to work next morning still no car I had to borrow a car to go pick up another rental from them, I used it for about four days returned it and about a month later I got a bill for $4000 for the original rental car that had overheated heated on me do not rent from enterprise. I will never again I think I have to go to court over this 4000 hours , I was an accident. I was not in ridiculous horrible horrible experience. Donât do it. I will hitchhike first. The gentleman who rented me this vehicle remembered me remembered giving me a discount because it had overheated when I told him about this $4000 bill he told me it was his hands”
“I recently reserved a pick up truck from Enterprise at Walled lake MI and had a very disappointing experience. The employee I interacted with, Dante Rivers, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to remain calm and polite, he continued to speak to me in a condescending tone and continued with disrespectful accusations.

“In march i reserved a 7 passenger car when we arrived we were told there was a recall and they only had a 5 passenger car for us. The guy waiting on us was so high he could not sit still and was extremely loud. I rent out of Ft Collins, CO. I reserved a standard car, a week prior to me picking it up, when I was pulling into the lot I received a call telling me they did not have a car for me. I was to leave in the am for a road trip. They did not even try to help me.”
“The new location in Newark Liberty isn't working as well as the old one, or, as well as JFK. I use enterprise because of customer service. I recently left my bag in a vehicle and when I returned an hour later (after 5PM) I found the team in general not that interested. I came back a day later during the day and the two ladies I dealt with were very helpful (ref Jessica) and solved the issue in no time. In the meantime, I hired another vehicle and found items belonging to the prior renter still in the vehicle, ick.”
“Booked through Capital One a Luxury SUV. Enterprise âoverbookedâ these vehicles and only offered downgraded vehicles. I asked enterprise at the counter if there were any other options but they said no since I booked through a third party. I called Capital One and they were nice enough to call the location and check on a new vehicle for me. Enterprise said to them the dispute must be made at the counter (which it was) and so Capital One nicely refunded me the difference. However, Enterprise gets to keep the full amount I presume. We see your scam you awful non-customer minded company.”
“Even a one star does not wokr for a reviewMy advice if you ever need to rent a car is DO NOT use Enterprise on Bayshore Blvd. I booked vans in April for a youth mission trip with our church. At 430pm on Friday, less than 24 hours before I was to pick them up they call me to tell me they do not have any vans or SUVs for me to rent. There is nothing they can do. I told them I can go online and book them and they said No you cannot because we do not have those vehicles from online. So if you do book you too will be in the same boat as I am. This is false advertising so please DO NOT USE THEM.”
