“Has to be zero. Charged the EV 3 times and the red light is flashing so will need to get it fixed. Poor show.”

“A neat box as portrayed in the promotional material. Charge rate up to specification. The accompanying app is in its early days and correspondingly clunky. Very smooth installation despite having to wait ages for a date.”

“Fast efficient service from start to finish, Plug me in installer was a very polite, clean and tidy worker. The fitted charger is unobtrusive and easy to use, the app needs improvement as can be hit and miss with regards to setting the timer however I would totally recommend this charger and company.”

“Brilliant customer service from EO and their installer. Easy and quick to schedule an installation date, they kept me informed of what was going to happen and when. The installer was very professional, found a really direct route to take the cable and trunking, installed the charger neatly and quickly and explained how it worked? Given that I had previously tried to have BG install a charger and they just said it wasnt possible and just came with a " can't be done attitude", EO and their team were amazing. Would recommend them every time.”

“Excellent customer service. Very patient with me in getting all the right information and extremely easy once that was done! The engineer Danny was absolutely superb… sorting out the best location and doing extra safety checks as we had an oil storage tank close by. Again unbelievably patient and conscientious, sending photos and keeping in contact as I was away . Highly recommend.”

“I'm trying to be honest here. On the plus side, all the people I contacted from EO and their subcontractor Lowri Beck were polite, helpful, and friendly. The charger works, and I'm only left trying to connect up my wifi and phone with it - a problem apparently to do with the my inadequate router, so not EO's responsibility. However, it's taken quite a while, and the basic problems seem to me to be that: a) we were given far too little information about what we had to do to get the house prepared for the installation, i.e. the removal of floor and skirting boards, b) that this work was our responsibility c) that EO and Lowri Beck did not communicate properly, or at all, resulting in two unhelpful visits, one resulting in a) and b) above; and the other an installer driving down from Glasgow to Newcastle to do the installation, but being unable to do it. d) the delay from ordering the charger (August 2021) to installation (1 November 2021) e) sorting all this out required me to spend quite a lot of time, on email and phone, talking to various EO staff, also Lowri Beck, finding a joiner (not easy!) and a fair amount of patience, which is good practice for me, but So that's the reason for my rating of 'poor'.”

“I had an EO Charging point fitted about 6 months, which allows me to charge my electric car using solar and/or grid electricity. It works well and I am very happy with it. Following the installation I had a number of queries (largely due to my ignorance) and a couple of minor technical issues. I contacted Thomas their Support Manager; he was unbelievably helpful and very patient given my lack of technical understanding, I would have no hesitation in recommending EO Charging and would like to say thank you to Thomas. :0)”
