“Seamless process form application to install. Kept updated throughout the process. Response to queries via phone or email was prompt and comprehensive. The charger itself is small and functional. With an easy to use app.”

“The team at EO were very friendly and helpful and clearly have a passion for what they do. They made the process of installation very easy, and were also able to give us input on the difference between tethered and untethered ( we went with untethered) and also the variety of chargers on the market. Installation day was a doddle . I would highly recommend EO for installing your charger.”

“The installer got there on time and talked about various routes to do the cabling which would hide it as much as possible, each step of the way he gave me an update to what bit he was at and gave me options as to what I wanted to do.”

“The whole process was excellent and very straight forward from start to finish. The engineer arrived on time and messaged to advise what time they would arrive earlier in the day. The engineer communicated with me to explain the process and what he was going to do and how long that would take. The engineer installed everything and done a very good job including tidying up afterwards. The engineer then helped me connect to the WiFi and get connected to the charge point. This was not so straight forward but the engineer helped me with this process.”

“Simple application process with easy to follow instructions. Fitters punctual, polite and very knowledgeable about charging hints and tips. As for the charger it looks great, small and tidy just waiting for my car to be delivered so I can use it!”

“From first contact to fitting, was brilliant, I was kept informed of every stage and the fitting was on time, neat tidy and exactly what I wanted. I don’t have the car yet but would be happy to report on how it goes.”

“I had my charger fitted two weeks ago, I was reminded twice about the fitting date, the installer arrived on time, fitted the charger very tidily and he got over some quite major logistical problems to run the cable and fit the box in the neatest possible way. There were a few issues in commissioning the charger but it is now in full working order and is simple to use.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Have to give praise to the engineer on the day. Very quick install very tidy and minimum disruption. Very friendly and helpful too. Took time to help me sort out the app as was having issues with the 2 4 and 5g signals from my router. Very satisfied customer”

“EO people very good at organising installation. Lots of communication Installer was helpful and peasant as well as professional After installation I got support from Crosstech (installers) as my new car was set only to receive 6 amps!Once I adjusted this I got full power from my charger and the EO app allowed timed charging during the night first time. Very pleased”
