“I approached a few companies to get an EV charger installed at my residence. Some of them asked for payment upfront, which I straight away discarded. Some others took so long to respond, that I didn't bother with them at all. EO was the only one who was very prompt, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and then gave me a firm installation date straight after that. No payment requested upfront - invoice sent after everything was done and I was satisfied. The installation itself was very quick and professional and the person who came to install very thorough and knowledgeable. He came with his own portable battery operated vacuum cleaner, and cleaned up the installation area after him, even though this was outside my property. The unit that was installed is the most compact available on the market”

“Just had the EO Mini Pro 2 (tethered) charger installed and everything appears to be working well including the EO app. The EO support team kept in contact and provided regular updates on when the installation would be completed, so overall, very pleased with service received so far!”

“Installation carried out by Rollings from Worcester. The engineer was brilliant - very easy to chat to. He discussed everything he was doing before he did it - gave me the option of where i wanted the charger / where i wanted the cable to be run etc.. Nothing was too much trouble - even when the electric was tripping initially - he was unflustered and sorted it without fuss. Really nice guy - would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone”

“I initially reviewed this charger and was a little frustrated at being unable to connect to the app. However credit to EO Tech Support team who were outstanding in there contact and effort to get the issue resolved. All now working perfectly and I have to say one of the best customer service experiences I have had recently. A great charger and with outstanding support I would highly recommend.”
