“The booking procedure and pre-install advice all very good. The installer was prompt, courteous and tidy. Install completed and demonstrated in a little over two hours.”

“Easy process to go through. EO linked me to an electrician who fitted the charger. The EO Mini Pro 2 has great features (scheduling and manual pause/override) and looks great on the wall as it's compact.”

“Outstanding customer service from the team! The guys went out of their way to ensure there was as minimal damage as possible to our new build, on what we feared would be a complex install. They were really friendly, and so efficient in what they did - even cleaned up after!! Couldn't recommend them enough.”

“The charger is great, as were the team fitting it, in fact the whole process from enquiry, to order, to my first full charge was simple and seamless.. I plan my charge around my tariff on the app and the rest is done for me. I was very fussy about where I wanted the charger and that I wanted the cables as hidden as possible and I have to say the two guys fitting it could not have been anymore helpful. A lot of my neighbours also have EV chargers and almost all have been over to enquire about mine due to it being so compact and sleek looking. All in all I couldn’t recommend EO enough.”

“Dion from In Charge EV installation provided a competetive quote and did the installation on a Sunday! My install was probably a fairly straightforward one but they did a good job and made a point of staying until the unit had connected to my wifi and was working properly. good comms pre and post install too.”

“We found dealing with EO was very efficient. We filled in the questionaire to request an EO charger. The response was very quick requesting one extra photo. After payment we were given an installation date. The box with the equipment arrived before installatrion. The engineer arrived on time and did a very neat job. It works well and we are very happy with the small neat box. Highly recommend this product and the company.”
