The charger obviously looks great, which is why I like many others choose this one due to its sleek design, the actual use of it is excellent like any other. But the app seriously falls short. Something which I've only learned after installation. Many bugs, scheduled charging often not work unless you set a specific time rather than setting a time for off-peak tariffs. Doesn't let you input your cost per kwh, just goes blank, then you're unable to change this later on. To be honest, I am disappointed, I expected a lot more as many others have mentioned on the google play store. Obviously tied in now. But I expect EO to update the app in full upon the release of the new EO Mini 3 Charger, if it doesn't... and it excludes older users, then I will be livid.

The whole process has been good from start to finish, Nick (the installer) was very communicative throughout and the work was completed to an excellent standard and in a timely manner. My best experience with any work done on our house.

This service went above and beyond my expectations: 1. Quick, precise, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. 2. Easy to navigate the website and information and easy to fill in the form for the quote. 3. Quick date received for installation.4. The engineer was super friendly, knowledgeable, worked really precise and explained what he was going to do and then what he did when he was done. He explained me the app in detail and the charger. Even for me, someone who has little knowledge of EV, this was all a walk in the park! Thank you!!! Would recommend 1000%!

The engineer only had one colour of charger unit so no idea why we are asked for a preference. Connection is in bypass at present because the unit shorted out at the bottom neutral and earth connections. No electrical test certificate supplied for the works

Charger installation was great and works well, but not sure why I bothered paying for smart functionality when it won't connect up to the internet even when sitting a metre away from a range extender

Had a Mini Pro 2 installed last year and found out only recently the app wasnt recording the history. The team in EO was quick to assist and have been fantastic throughout the whole process to get it fixed. In the end it required the box to be replaced for which they delivered a new one within days and the installer was arranged for the next day. The installer himself was a bit confused as he had never seen any issues with the EO box before. Changing the box and linking it to my acccount was swiftly completed with the help of the EO support team - special shout out to Sonny!

Had an EO Mini Pro 2 installed by EO's installers, entire process was very smooth from initial quotation, to booking in the work and having it carried out. The charger has been flawless so far. NB have read lots of negative comments on the app, we use the car's charging schedule to manage when it does and doesn't charge so haven't needed to use the app.

The process was made easier than the previous attempt that did not materialise in the charging point being installed. Chloe was always available and explained every step of the process. The assigned installation engineer, Nick, was professional, courteous and offer a full explanation. He was very accommodating re our preferred position of the charging point and worked very clean and tidy.
