“eo was recommended to me by a family friend and it did not disappoint. Great communication between eo, the customer and the installation company. Sharon was very friendly and helpful when asked any questions regarding the charger and the installation. The engineers Chris & Sam were very professional, friendly and explained what they were going to do and made sure I was happy with everything before they started. The quality of the installation and the charger is excellent. On completion, Chris & Sam left the area clean and tidy and went through setting up the eo app with me and made sure everything was set up and working before they left. I would highly recommend an eo charging point.”

“Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Could not fault at all. Very slick and easy process to complete the survey online on my phone, through to ordering and getting installed. Also very quick too and excellent communication. Nick arrived as planned, was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was immaculate and explained everything before, during and on completion of the charger. I chose the socketed type. Looks really neat (unlike others). Would highly recommend! Other companies could learn a lot from these guys!”

“Seamless process form application to install. Kept updated throughout the process. Response to queries via phone or email was prompt and comprehensive. The charger itself is small and functional. With an easy to use app.”

“The team at EO were very friendly and helpful and clearly have a passion for what they do. They made the process of installation very easy, and were also able to give us input on the difference between tethered and untethered ( we went with untethered) and also the variety of chargers on the market. Installation day was a doddle . I would highly recommend EO for installing your charger.”

“As electrical contractors my business don’t fit many ev charging units as we are busy enough with other lines of electrcial work. After being asked to supply and fit an Eo mini pro2 by a regular customer we agreed. An order was placed through our regular wholesaler, unit arrived. On Monday, we installed the charger and Garo enclosure. Only after installing the unit and trying to set up for the customer did we find out that for the charger to be of any use at all, I have to become an EO approved installer by completing online training, supplying qualifications to EO and also bank details etc to open a customer account. I have no intention of fitting any other EO units and this would be a pointless exercise. NOT ONCE does it say anything about having to be an installer to fit and commission them when actually ordering the unit or on any of the boxes or instructions. If that is the case, the units should only be supplied direct from EO to there approved installers. It now puts me in the position of spending several hours doing training and sending over paperwork to complete a job that should take half a day. I am effectively now doing the job for FREE. Absolute shambles”
