“Absolutely Appalling after sales service. The home charger stopped working the CallCenter lady was completely unable to help me in any way. I could not recommend this company to anyone The home charges are cheaper than others but really don’t bother”

“Very straightforward procedure in selecting the charger I wanted, sending photos of the electrical services at my house and booking the installation of the charging unit. Installation day went very smoothly and efficiently and all complete in under two hours. Professional installer who went through operation of the charging unit and subsequently arranged for Installation certificate.”

“First off: the charger *itself* as hardware is superb. Beautiful and small. Installation went really well. But: the app is an absolute disaster. It beggars belief that a modern piece of hardware would have something with such awful UI, that has so many bugs and which is so poorly put together. The reviews on Apple tell the story, as does the fact you haven't had a single app release in *7 months*! Come on guys. If you want me to help, let me know. I could even get some designs done for you. If you're serious about taking on Zappi and others, you absolutely have to do better.”

“EO Charging stepped in to help with my non-standard install when others preferred not to get involved. They were very professional throughout, good comms to keep me in the loop. The installer did a fantastic job. Now I just need to wait for my EV to finally get delivered, already 5 months late!”

“Organising the purchase and install of the EO Mini Pro was super easy, and my referred installer was great. The EO Mini Pro itself looks fantastic on the outside of my garage, it's discreet and unobtrusive which is exactly what I wanted. I would say, however, that it would have been nice for the cabling to go directly into the back of the charger to make the install cleaner. Using the charger is extremely straight forward and easy. What lets the EO Mini Pro down is the mobile app, it's extremely basic compared to other chargers out there, adding some snazzy graphs of usage would be a good start!”

Please note that our network of EO Approved Installers has been trained to drill the cable entry at the bottom of the unit to ensure its water-tightness and make sure it’s safe for EV drivers when plugging in their vehicle to the charger. Please note that if the cable entry is drilled at the rear of the unit then the product warranty will be invalid for any water ingress issues or suspect issues from water ingress. “Getting the charger installed and fitted was straightforward and efficient when the time came. It did take a bit of time from initial enquiry to fitting date agreement but I guess this was due to a number of parties being involved. The charging unit is very neat - all I need now is the EV car which has been delayed by at least two months!”
