“I am very happy with the bit but I am still waiting to hear from you for a determination on the first bit I bought that arrived but the bit was not in the package. As I stated before it appears as if the envelope that it was shipped in was opened and it was repackaged in a box by Fedex. I was told on July 25th that you put in a claim. I have not heard anything back yet from you. Please let me know or reach out if you need any additional information. Below is the information from the claim that I put in. “I recently purchased two spectrum hat silks for myself & daughter, really easy to order, navigate the website, they were the cheapest around & free postage! Arrived quickly, the silks were beautiful, however there was a slight packing error & mine was the wrong colour. I contacted the company customer service team which were quick to reply & apologised. They sent a free post returns label instantly & posted the correct silk which I received 2days later. Posted the other one back-no problems. I will definitely be purchasing from Equiflair again.
