“The cost to have a tap replaced was £366.00, in addition to the price of the tap. The work took less than an hour. No complaints about the plumber, just the huge profit taken by ERG. Their "No call out charge for work completed" promise means nothing. Certainly won't use this company again.”

“Avoid this company. My wife called this company to send an Electrician to do a job in a shop that she is working in. They said they need my wife’s bank account details even the 3-digit number to go ahead and book the job for her. Anyway, she passed her card details to them which was a mistake. The engineer contacted her and after cancelling the appointment twice, finally he went to the shop for the 3rd time. When the engineer was there, he did actually nothing and said he needs to come back another day with his equipment and high ladder and he also said he needs one of his colleagues to help him to carry out the job. During that conversation, security guy of shopping centre arrived and emphasized that the company also need to send the risk assessment form to them by email. Then the engineer left the shop and my wife thought that he comes back another day and do the job. However, the company charged my wife £222 for doing nothing because their engineer was in the shop for 5 minutes. My wife called them, and they said the engineer wanted to do the job, but your security did not let him to do the job. This is a big lie as the engineer said he needs to come back another day. My wife had a very stressful conversation with the manager on the phone, but they did not accept to resolve the issue. They put us in a difficult and stressful situation. Do not trust this company at all.”

“Don't go near this firm a complete rip off.when I booked it was priced at £135 for an electricity check to get a safety report. The next day someone rang me to say it would be £354 because it's a 2 bedroom and the £354 was to protect their electrician.it covered if they had to get new parts for the job ect. Well he was there less than an hour which was the hourly rate I was told. he never needed any parts and just checked sockets and fuse box. I got an invoice of them for £135 for the job then another with a different job number for £354 the receipt they sent me was for £354 which they took off my card. I know now why they take the card number first. So you get ripped off. I'm enclosing photos of what he put on and never mentioned safety check. It says loss of power . They are a joke.i even had to ring 3times about getting the safety certificate”

“Don’t ever work for this company. They don’t pay. I am owed over £600 done 7 emergency call outs for these criminals. Do yourself a favour and stay away, both tradesmen and customers. Scum of the earth.”

“As a local electrical contractor based in Exeter. We were approached to complete electrical jobs in EXETER , The communication was great until payment was due! We still have an outstanding payment for works completed in November 2022. avoid using if a trade or home owner.”

“Cannot fault the workmanship, however the price I paid for a small boiler part was astronomical £362 to be exact. They claim to not charge callout fee do not be misled by this as you will most certainly pay in the long run.no pensioner discount offered avoid this company at all costs.”

“Still waiting to be paid from a job I did on behalf or ERG in early December. Use a local high rated contractor not ERG. You are contacting a call centre not a tradesman. We now refuse to do any more work for them. They charge an extremely high price to the poor customer and take advantage. The tradesman does not get anywhere near that amount.”

“fourth attempt for getting an engineer ALL IGNORED nobody turns up ANOTHER FAILURE despite all monies paid in full.Doesn't sound like you want the job and wiil soon ask for a refund We were told today arriving 12pm til 5pm no-one showed up AGAIN”

“The company is a scam. They didn’t come on time (were late 6h), run only diagnostics for 5 minutes and charged for the full hour of work. The company claims to be “no call out charge”, whether in fact they do charge for the first hour even if no work has been done. Don’t use their services, use trusted plumbers”

“BEWARE!!! Terrible service! First. They wanted card details upfront which i thought was unusual. Then. Electrician didn't turn up on the day but the day after scheduled. Then Charged going on £400 only to find the fault was still there the next day..Electric tripping. Then. Wouldn't come out again unless we gave card details again. The. When i rang to complain, they hung up on me... Terrible company. If i could give no star rating it would be appropriate. We got another electrician 2 days later who solved the problem quickly and efficiently”

“I had a problem with my toilet which fortunately as now been fixed. Erg FaciltiesLTd took £95 out of my account,and nobody came to my house to fix the problem”

“Absolutely awful experience. Not least for what they charge. Booked one day, got cancelled last minute with promise of being first job the following day. No surprise that didn't occur, and got cancelled again with a made-up excuse with the promise of a further appointment. No guarantee or promise from central booking people that it would occur.”
