“Hi, The method of the test was well done and simple, but please refrain from using the term 'maniac' when talking about episodes of bipolar disorder/manic depression. If you are having an episode of mania, you are 'manic', not 'maniac'. It means experiencing a period of heightened 'brain activity', which does not mean you are a 'maniac'. This is an important distinction that helps to destigmatize bipolar disorder, so please update your test ASAP. if you don't believe me, you can reference many scientific papers, as well as the DSM. Hello Emma, I think your colleague Andrew pointed this out yesterday. We will have someone fix that ASAP. I believe it was an autocorrect issue but nonetheless, it needs to get fixed.

“While I enjoyed the training (Workplace Mental Health Awareness Mod. I&II,) I believe there is a serious error contained within. The initial slides on manic episodes change word use mid-stream from "manic" to "maniac." This is in both the written content and voice-over. Considering this is a Mental Health awareness training, aimed at destigmatization, that is a glaring oversight.”

“The coarse itself was good but when I printed my certificate it says that it’s recommended to take the coarse again next year. (not really an expiration date but a recommendation) Other sites offer the coarse for the same cost but the certificate is good for 3 years. They have an actual expire date on them. So all in all it’s like this coarse is 3x more expensive plus all the time required to complete.”
