Great choice and value. Very helpful how to videos on line and great service. Ordered late Saturday night for email sun saying dispatched and arrived 10 30 am Monday great service for a weekend especially

Needed spare for my 10 year old gas hob. Found what I needed on eSpares web site. Placed my order 'on-line', received immediate acknowledgement and goods were received by due date , now have a functioning hob again. I cannot fault service or goods provided by eSpares

Absolutely disgusting customer service from these guys. 2 different 'advisers' both as useless as each other. Apparently my spares return was never received even through i got confirmation of delivery. And as they 'never' received the rubbish spares that broke, they cannot refund or replace them. Rude advisers and when i asked for the transcript after the chat, they conveniently don't work. Avoid these scammers at all costs!!! Poor quality overpriced products, disgusting customer service and a useless system.

Espares was generally my go to place for all things requiring domestic repair parts. Well not any more. I had placed an order back in June 2019 for 2 integrated washing machine hinges at a whopping £23.99 each! Stock number ES1540535 refers. They arrived without any screws! Contacted espares & had to pay a further £19.51 for the 4 screws which included £6.99 for next day delivery! The following day they when they did not arrive I had to contact them again only to be told they were out of stock. When asked why they had not bothered to let me know as they had all my details the guy in 'Customer services' (Ha that's a joke) stated "Yeah we don't do that!" They immediately refunded me the £6.99 delivery fee but I had to chase & chase these items with emails & was constantly fobbed off time & time again. 3 days ago I phoned & asked to speak to a manager. Surprisingly there were none available. Coincidently I was told the items had just arrived in the warehouse. Regardless I insisted that a manager return my call. I am still waiting! The screws have now arrived exactly 4 months from the date of ordering!! This is what this company considers to be good customer service. Will be using UK White Goods from now on. Do yourselves a favour & avoid this 3rd rate outfit. I ordered an Hygena cooker hood lamp glass but unfortunately it did not fit. I contacted e Spares via the net and got a response in double quick time. I returned the item and the refund was back on my card in days. Its a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that takes customer services seriously. Would i deal with this company again yes without a doubt.

ordered a part, they debited my account and I still haven't received it yet after 3 weeks. I have been in touch with them by email. They replied with an automatic email saying they will reply within 72 hours! They did reply after 24 hours, but just to say that they were sorry and would have my part delivered within 5-7 days. Today is the 7th day and I have not received it yet.

I would just like to thank you all for such fantastic service,ordered part Tuesday,arrived Thursday,fitted and working within the hour,even though I was expecting to wait for 2 weeks for part.I cannot thank you enough for saving me all that washing up by hand.You will be my first port of call next time I require any appliance spares.

I object to obsolescence and so am pleased to be able to buy spares for my various appliances from e-Spares. The website is relatively easy to use and includes a "Check if it fits your Machine" facility which helps select the correct part from many similar ones. I have purchased a few items from e-Spares and all have arrived promptly and fitted as promised. What more can you say?

Got the item I required though I feel I paid more than the price that was listed on the web site and as there is no means of transferring this to your chat agent it makes things awkward, nonetheless needs must.

A good purchase experience. They were most helpful in locating a lower basket for my Prima dishwasher (a fairly rare make) and emailing me to confirm their choice would definitely fit. It arrived suitably packed and indeed, fits perfectly.

I ordered a replacement drawer front for my freezer but the wrong one was sent. An online conversation with an assistant very quickly sorted the problem and I received the correct part by special delivery the next day at no extra cost and I was supplied with a pre paid slip to return the incorrect one. I have used espares before and cannot praise them enough for their prompt and helpful service.

I ordered a spare part at the end of August and the payment of £43.98 was taken. i was not advised at the time, however, on my email confirmation it stated that the part of my order was out of stock ( I only ordered one item?) but the estimated dispatch date was 11/9/19, 2 weeks later! Two minutes later I received another email telling me again it was out of stock! The delay was not ideal and i would have liked the option wether to go ahead with the order or go elsewhere before i actually paid. Having not heard a thing since, no updates, nothing!! ( MAYBE AN UPDATE WOULD HAVE BEEN COURTEOUS AT THE LEAST), I called today 9/10/19, my first call was cut off before i even talked to anyone, when i did get through, they came up with a new estimated date at the end of OCTOBER!!!!!! 3 MONTHS since they took my payment!!!! I was not even offered a refund at this stage, it was assumed that i was going to just accept this VERY BAD SERVICE. Needless to say I won't be waiting any longer, I asked for a refund and was told you can "REQUEST IT" but i will have to pass it over to the team dealing with that and the refund might take upto 5 days!!!!!! ( YOU REALLY DO NEED TO UP YOUR GAME!) Do yourself a favour if you use this company make sure they actually have the goods you want to buy before you part with your cash!!!!!! That was my experience make up your own mind!!

E-Spares provided me with prompt advice on a cooker extractor hood switch fault enabling me to fix it without having to purchase a new component. Always appreciate sound advice with no hidden costs or sales pressure. Will certainly use E-Spares for any future requirements.

My latest order was posted on time by Espares but did not arrive to me even 2 weeks after ETA .I contacted Espares who classed my delivery LIT & replaced it,. Thankyou.
