The part that was sent was the wrong type so I sent it back for a refund using a label supplied by espares. Unfortunately they said that they did not receive it and would not refund . I have misplaced the receipt and can not find it but they refused to refund although they must have it as it has been a long time since posting. Not exactly a friendly Customer support structure! Regards

Ordered a replacement Freezer Flap. delivered quickly but unfortunately was damaged. Customer services replied to my enquiry re replacement very speedily and ordered and sent a replacement for me without any trouble and it arrived the next day. This is an excellent example of customer service. Thank you well done.

I needed a shelf and a drop down flap for a 9 year old Lamona fridge freezer. The model wasn't listed but since measurements were given I could order with confidence. The parts arrived vey quickly & fitted perfectly. Full marks to espares!!

Very easy to locate the spare I needed on the website. Simple ordering process and prompt delivery. Excellent service. Being able to acquire spare parts and not throw away items helps our carbon footprint and reduces waste in landfills. Especially important given government initiative from June 21 to encourage repair not discard.

I ordered 2 spare freezer drawers from eSpares. The delivery was very quick, however one of the drawers was damaged in transit. eSpares replaced the drawer rapidly with no questions. Absolutely amazing service and easy interaction. Sets the benchmark !

I needed a filter for a wireless vac. Even though the part was uncommon and so was on a long lead time espares kept me informed of their progress every week by email. They predicted an estimated delivery date from the start and in fact it came 1 week sooner than anticipated. Great service. They used Royal mail for delivery who notified me of a delivery time slot which was spot on too.

I have used espares many times before and have always been extremely satisfied with the parts. This was the first time I have experienced a problem with their delivery but found them to be extremely prompt in dealing with my enquiry. I judge a company by how the deal with a customer problem and they left me extremely satisfied 10/10

I ordered a new bulb and bulb remover for my oven. There were handy tips on their website about how to change the bulb. The items arrived very quickly and worked perfectly.

Due to difficulties with deliveries out side E Spares control a recent item did not arrive. It was a part required for our daughters tumble drier and was very inconvenient especially regarding children clothes/drying. After several days one e-mail to E Spares contact line resulted in return call apologising for the problem and an immediate replacement sent via a currier the next day. Good service

After using eSpares' "How to replace" video , ordering the part and successfully getting my washing machine going again, I was disheartened that the electronic part failed 4 months later. I contacted their customer service and an online chat resulted in a replacement arriving, wait for it: LESS than 24hrs later! What more can you ask for? I was e-mailed a free returns label to pop the faulty item in the post: easy, as I could turn it around using their own packaging straightaway. This is my third order and they are as good as it gets! Compliments to all the team.

I ordered cooker hood filters for our new cooker hood then realised soon after that as it was ducted I didn’t need them. I messaged espares feeling pretty sure it was too late to cancel the order but they didn’t arrive so I knew they had been cancelled. However I had been charged but they refunded that very quickly. I received courteous and helpful emails from them. I would recommend them because they seem to be a good firm to deal with. They seem approachable and respond well to customer enquiries.

Brilliant company! The best company I have dealt with during lockdown. I needed a new glass for the indoor of my oven I simply gave them the oven identifiers and they sourced the part and I had it in my hand in 24hrs. Brilliant company service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I didn't know the correct name for the part I required but the team came back very quickly with a product. It wasn't quite what I needed so with a further description they found my part. They were very prompt in responding to each of my enquiries.

I am very impressed with the service from eSpares. What I was particularly impressed with was their excellent How To Videos. The part for the tumbler dryer was very clearly shown how to fit and it was no bother. I saved a lot of money being able, with this help, to fix it myself.
