Have been ordering from Espares for several years now and have been very happy with their prompt and efficient service. The website is pretty much idiot proof with clear descriptions. Their little videos showing what to do are a nice touch.

Ordered a hinge for my fridge. Very comprehensive range with an easy to use part finder. Part arrived as requested and fitted perfectly. Very happy.

Ordered a part for NEFF fridge, email trail was great, told me order recieved, placed and despatched with tracking without being prompted once. Quick delivery, over packaged, delivered by royal mail so no issues if i hadn't been in to pickup. Much better than DPD or Dhl who are a nightmare if you're not in to collect!

I´ve bought 4 items only with ´next day delivery´, got half of the parcel 3 days after and after 3 months i´m still waiting for the items!!!!

My order of a month ago has not arrived, they will not confirm its whereabouts or answer any questions about it. Will be cancelling payment by my credit card company.

Ordered 4 small items, they never reached me. Apparently they were dispatched but got lost in transit. I didn't want to wait another 3 weeks for them to send me the items again, so I asked for a refund, they said they would process it within 3-5 days. 1 week goes by - no refund. I email again, and another employee says she has now actually processed the refund, please wait 3-5 days to process. Another week goes by and STILL NOTHING. ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered on January 27th, 2017. It's now March 21st !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a lower basket and a cutlery tray for a dishwasher. The lower basket was fine - no problems whatsoever. The cutlery tray was broken - the lug where the handle fits on was broken off. I immediately tried to get in touch with espares. Every telephone number routes you via various options and then tells you to get in touch by e.mail. The web site says a returns label is sent with every order - not so! I sent an e.mail asking for guidance and 2 days later received a reply promising a reply within 48 hrs. 5 days from then still nothing. In my opinion very poor customer service. A very simple easily resolved problem ignored.

I ordered a wave guide for my microwave. A part arrived and it was the wrong. I contacted espares and told them it was the wrong part. I even listed the part the sent and the part i actually ordered. I get an email back asking for the serial number and model of the microwave...why as i know the part i ordered was the right part? I sent back the model number but not the serial number as i was at work. They came back saying they could not identify my appliance. I again emailed back saying that made no difference if they could not ID my model, the part i ordered was the right one so not their problem. I have now been waiting a week and my microwave is still down. Why must the treat you like a moron - i know what i need and i care if their database does not list my model. I tried to ring the customer service line but it was engaged the whole day. I will never use this shower again. Bottom line is they are a complete joke and be prepared to be treated like a moron

What i cannot fathom is why e-spares UK can claim for instance (Creda appliance spares are genuine replacements. For example:.. A Creda simplicity 620 CW tumble drier relay they claim is a "genuine part" when the official Creda uk site sells the genuine part for perhaps a third more than e-spares.?? Does this mean that Creda on one hand will happily take your money for a genuine part albeit excessive.... but then give licence to other parties to sell their products at a reduced price but still claim it is a genuine part. This is not (CREDABLE) sic. NB:..Addendum.... the mains relay mentioned above for this and other like appliances has robust relay contacts only 2 of the 4 are used in operation the coil on the other hand is suspect going o/cct (open circuit) having now bought two of these within a year. Something is far wrong and needs explaining.

I ordered parts based on the order numbers supplied by Espares. Took a while to come. In the meantime I got a local engineer to come and fix my dishwasher. When the hoses arrived I put them away as backup for the future. I needed them now, opened the box to find wrongs ones sent out. Company refused to change them due to 14 day return policy. Don't rely on their uninformed staff to supply you with part numbers.

I ordered a fridge seal which I was told was out of stock, so phoned to cancel. An hour later was emailed and told the item was being posted and could not be cancelled???!!! I would have to return it when it arrived if I didn´t want it. Then I called and complained and was told not to collect it and just let it be returned to sender and I would get a refund! Four months later I still have no refund!!! I would never use this company again! Try partmaster very good customer services and cheaper!!!! Oliver miller - Unbeatable.co.uk
