I genuinely am over the moon with the service we have received from eSpares. Speedy response and super helpful. Their customer service is second to none and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Will definitely use in the future. Thank you ever so much.

A really good spares company. I ordered a belt cover for my mower. It arrived very quickly. But after opening the package, I noticed a split in the rear part of the plastic housing. Convinced that this would not be an issue, I fitted it to the mower, and proceeded to give the grass a final cut for the season. Bad move!. It broke in bits after about 10 mins. I did not contact Espares, because I fitted it knowing that it was split. I left a non positive or negitive, review on Trust Pilot, which the company immediately picked up on and contacted me. They offered, without question or prejudice a replacement part. This I accepted, and received the new part this week. It arrived in perfect condition, and the lawns are now prepared for the winter ! The broken item has been returned (grass and all), using the pre paid label, readily supplied. Excellent customer service, will highly recommend, and will use again for sure. Many thanks E Spares. I couldn't fault the service I received from eSpares. I was looking for a cover lid and filler cap for a smoothie and they were back with an answer in no time. They discovered the filler cap was obsolete so there was no point in buying the lid. They saved me hours of searching online.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I ordered something and thought it was coming next day delivery, I didnt look properly and chose standard delivery (3-5 days) which wouldn't of got here in time for me to move. I got a free replacement to make sure it got to me on time . Thankyou so much Hamza for your amazing customer service!

Ordered a replacement fridge drawer. Unfortunately it was broken in transit but after a very quick “live chat” a replacement was sent which arrived the following day. Excellent service

The oven part I ordered was good value for money and the service was excellent. The part was ordered at 3:00 pm and next day delivery ordered at the checkout. The item was with me and fitted by 11:00 am the next day. Excellent service.

I recently requested to get a part for interior of My de Dietrich microwave... 20 yrs old! I was asked for the model no etc.. which was difficult to get right as lot of nos had worn off... but espares never gave up... politely asked for more information...& yes they managed to get part I needed... I was very happy with their efforts!! Very good service...would definately recommend! Jennifer

My dryer had been very noisy for weeks. So bad, I had to stop using it. My partner found the part we needed on this site. The part is now fitted and drying away happily........... And quietly.

I ordered a part that was showing in stock, with a 1-3 day delivery. A week later the order was still being process with no delivery date. Would not do anything to expediate the the order and did not care that i cancelled and ordered from a company that cares.

I have a kettle that I purchased a few years ago and the spout filter broke. E-spares were able to supply the exact one as a replacement which was brilliant. They were very helpful e-mailing me when there was a delay in my order, which wasn't a problem to me and then again when the order despatched. I will definitely use them again as they communicate and have excellent customer service.

Ordered a part for my Beko tumble dryer after watching an eSpare video. Initial problem with delivery but I contacted eSpares and was very impressed with their response! They re-ordered the part for next day delivery and refunded my original postage costs. I now have fully functioning tumble drier and saved calling out an engineer to complete a 5 minute repair. I would highly recommended eSpares, their customer service is excellent.
