“Good product at a good price. Slightly let down by the courier - TNT who didn't let us know they were delivering or who it was from. So we had to rearrange. So its 5 stars for Esprahome and 1 for TNT.”

“Very poor experience. Ordered a garden furniture set and parasol etc on Tuesday, the status on their site said they had accepted my order and were getting it ready for delivery, and to check back for updates. By Friday the status was still unchanged, so I emailed them to check on a likely delivery date to make sure someone would be in for the courier. About an hour later I got a reply saying the set I'd ordered was out of stock and would I like a suggested alternative. I wonder how long it would have taken them to inform me that it was out of stock had I not contacted them? I replied straight away that the alternative wasn't acceptable and could they cancel my order and refund me. That's the last contact I've had, tried calling today but I guess they're off until Tuesday now. Ordered a BBQ from Argos and a rattan sun lounger from Quatropi at the same time on Tuesday and these two arrived Thursday morning, brilliant service with email and text updates on the progress of the orders and delivery. This outfit has taken my money (best part of £1,000) for stock they haven't got, and at the very least will have sat on it for a week.”

“Excellent service and the best price for the product I could find. The only thing that could be improved is a minor one in that the E mail sent to tell me that the bed had been sent was sent on the day the carrier actually tried to deliver to me!”

“I was very pleased with the service I had from Esprahome. Delivery was exceptionally fast as my goods were delivered the day after I ordered using Standard Delivery. The price I paid was also by far the best I could find after looking at numerous websites and I wouldn't hesitate to use Esprahome again or recommend them. Thank you.”
