“The price of the mattress was the most competitive that I could find. It arrived much sooner than expected. It was well packaged and it regained its shape almost instantaneously. i bought this for my 7 year old grandson and he absolutely loves how comfortable it is. The covering fabric is soft and most importantly, it has emitted no odours. Very, very happy with my purchase.”

“The mattress arrived much sooner than expected. As soon as I unwrapped it, it regained its shape almost instantaneously. I bought it for my grandson (7), and he absolutely loved how comfortable it is. What's even better, it has emitted no odours and the covering fabric is very soft. Very, very happy with my purchase.”

“Delivery and Customer Service were excellent. Esprahome have apologised for advertising the wrong wardrobe on their website (so I didn't get the wardrobe I wanted! I needed extra storage space in the wardrobe with drawers.) They kindly offered to replace the wardrobe if I would dismantle and return it. (It had to be assembled immediately, for guests.) However, the assembly took quite a while and the back panel has many, many tacks! I fear I am left with my basic model! Sigh!”

“didn't arrive next day as per order details. When did arrive only 1 box of 2 so could not build bed, currently still waiting for 2nd parcel - so total of 3 days of waiting in. Cannot write a review of product as still unable to assemble it”

“We ordered a baroque chest of drawers was surpose to take 7 to 10 days for delivery but took 4wks as they lost the item twice also i had to contact them all the time to find out what was happening.”

“Fast delivery, there was a small problem with the footboard, but problem was quickly resolved. Great communication with sales staff. Would highly recommend and would buy from again. 5*.”

“They didn't. Tey reneged on their promise to deliver next day. That was Thursday 8th June, 2017 and the weekend is not used for delivery so earliest Monday 12th June when I was told I'd have it on the 9th June. The reason I bought from them was immediate delivery so I could accommodate a surprise guest to my home. I took the trouble to telephone the company at 10.30am on the 8th June. to get an assurance of next day delivery on the item I was buying. Orders for next day delivery must be in by 11.00am the previous day. I'm not impressed. They effectively lied to me to secure a sale they would otherwise not have had. My suggestion to you is pass on by and try somewhere else that values customer service and the customers themselves.”

“I phoned on the day of purchase and was assured next day delivery on a fold away guest bed. I obviously had a guest to put up at short notice. I asked three times if they were absolutely sure they could deliver next day and I was totally promised they could. Guess what? Next day came and went and item was not delivered! That's what I call poor customer service and I was not impressed. Now the following day to the one when it should have been here but still no sign. They got the purchase because of the delivery promise next day but failed dismally to deliver!! Not a good start to my buyer portfolio with this company.”
