I emailed you shortly after placing this order and asked you to cancel it. No response, no cancelation. Now a product I don't need arrived well after I originally needed it and I have to pay for it.

I recently attempted to order 4 grommets for the panels of my Rancilio Epoca. Your website said that only two were available. Even though you charge the ridiculous price of $4 a piece for them, I ordered them along with a few other items. Then, having a hunch, I looked at the grommets again and miraculously just a few minutes later, four more were available. The grommets can't cost more that a few cents a piece, yet you charge $4 each. Can you say price gouging? I then tried to add the two additional grommets to my order so as not to incur an $8 shipping charge for two tiny rubber grommets. No one from your company would contact me back. This is the first bad experience I've had with Espresso parts. Extremely disappointed.

Hopefully the Chemex lid is nice... the labels been created but USPS is “still awaiting item”... it’s been 8 days

Tubing doesn't work--it doesn't hold tight enough so milk sprays everywhere and none of it gets into the steamer

Didn’t mention that part of the order will deliver later... like a backorder and only recive a email notification 2 day’s later........it’s been almost 2 months waiting, and the costumer service from chat was awful from “Dave”.

The pressure gauge I ordered, registers no pressure. My espresso machine does have pressure, I just wanted to adjust it. I called and emailed customer service with no response about a replacement or return.

After waiting for two weeks you sent me the wrong double shot portafilter. It looks like a commercial portafilter, twice the size of the one I requested. The machine I have is an Capresso Espresso EC-100.

I bought the part online but wanted to visit your store for other parts. I called your telephone number at 7:00 a.m. on December 28th and received a jolly recording saying that you were closed for the holiday but would open again on the 28th during regular hours. I arrived in Lacy at about 10:00 on the 28th and called your number to ask directions to your store. I was then told that your store was closed and had been closed since last Spring due to the Covid-19 threat. Please provide that information on your voice recording so that other poor schmucks don't drive an hour and twenty minutes (EACH WAY) to find that your store really is NOT open. My one and only experience with you folks was one experience too many.

I ordered the Dream PID and people from customs just told me I cant pass it to Mexico, I will have to send it to Texas.

I have yet to receive what I ordered? Was it ever sent out. UPS tracking indicates only a mailing label was created in Lacey, WA
