“I enjoy a triple espresso in the morning and lovely VERO CORTADO GLASS (4.25OZ) - EMERALD looked to be the perfect choice. Instead what I received was the Vero Cortado in AMBER. An honest mistake, soon as I emailed customer service they immediately sent replacements in the emerald green. No hassle, no questions and very professional. I feel companies can be at their best depending on how well they handle screw-ups. I am impressed. Although I did reserve the fifth star because the ith final product does not seem to be a likeness of the product. Other than that the Vero Cortado is an excellent product. the weight is perfect and has a simple elegance to it that I appreciate. In fact I will probably be ordering a few more of these.”

“Great products, good prices, prompt shipping. Subtracting one start because I was pestered multiple times via text message to "complete" my order when I made the order and had nothing left in my shopping cart. “Process was good but for the fact I would have preferred to see a digital mock up before committing. Logo ended up smaller than I would have liked but the quality of the mug itself is excellent.”

“The replacement lever I bought was much nicer quality chrome then the original. There is a bit more play where it attaches but nothing to become a problem. I've put a couple of nylon washers to take up the play and not it's better than the original. I'm completely happy with the new lever. I had restored my old La Pavoni so everything else looked like new. Now the entire machine looks like new again. Thank you very much for the fast service.”

“Shipped incredibly quickly, however, the threading on the screw for the new shower screen was messed up. Was able to buy a replacement at Home Depot and get everything installed that day.”
