“Enjoy working with Dave and the team at espresso parts very much. Had to wait for an item coming from another supplier; it finally arrived last week. This was not on Espresso parts however would like to have known at the time I placed my order there was an expected delay. I would have sourced the item elsewhere.”

“Hi, I ordered the Le Nez Du Vin, and it appears that there was a leak of the fragrances in shipping because the box (and contents) has the odor of several fragrances which makes sensory training difficult. Also a few of the fragrances are incredibly muted. Would it be possible to tell me when this set was manufactured? The serial number is 0014427. Kindly, Alfred”

“I enjoy a triple espresso in the morning and lovely VERO CORTADO GLASS (4.25OZ) - EMERALD looked to be the perfect choice. Instead what I received was the Vero Cortado in AMBER. An honest mistake, soon as I emailed customer service they immediately sent replacements in the emerald green. No hassle, no questions and very professional. I feel companies can be at their best depending on how well they handle screw-ups. I am impressed. Although I did reserve the fifth star because the ith final product does not seem to be a likeness of the product. Other than that the Vero Cortado is an excellent product. the weight is perfect and has a simple elegance to it that I appreciate. In fact I will probably be ordering a few more of these.”

“The cups were nice, and they were packed well inside the box with peanuts but they were wrapped together with nothing between and were loose so they could rub together. Please put something between the plate and cup before wrapping it up.”
