esure is very good , it was so easy to switch my insurance from my old car to the new one.

The only minus side I've found is with having two cars insured by them I am unable to get into my account to view docs etc as it shows that email address is already used, so had to ask them to post which they did.

Esure even if you sold your car they make incredibly difficult to cancel your insurance. If you happened to be involved in an accident it’s extremely difficult to cancel your insurance. It seems like a money grab regardless...it doesn’t seem they are working for your interest even when you cooperating with them on whose at fault. Once this is eventually resolved doubtful l will sign up again...NO WAY!

Speedy response when I needed to make a claim,soon put in touch with repairer and good work completed.The other driver was at fault,this was soon resolved and refunds made as appropriate.

Standard esure policy not to defend customers if accidents happen during a legal move such as a u turn, also felt penalised for the fault accident with the poor courtesy car compared to when my missus was hit, same car same company different car due I guess to whose paying.

Absolutely disgusted at charges for first of all a number plate change ( on same vehicle) at a charge of £26:00 - then 10 days later after I sold the car a cancellation charge of £45 I had two cars insured with esure ... NEVER AGAIN !!! Other reputable insurers allow plate changes on same vehicle at no charge and allow amends on line . Esure do not allow this online amend and probably charge for the phone call too ( some 16 minutes hanging on listening to irrelevant options before speaking to someone) A very unhappy experience and one never to repeat !!

Worst company ive ever been with they run you round in circles drag there feet and do not Chase any thing up STAY CLEAR #HAPPY TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NO CLAIMS

Very good company. Was very easy to insure my car with them, they checked with the database to confirm my NCD, so I didn't have to contact my previous provider to ask for them to send me the proof and after forward it to Esure.

My partner Janice called Esure today to ask for a house insurance quote. This was because unfortunately through no fault of our own, we could not do an online quote because there website wouldn't except the address of our new home. We were further told that because we had called we would only receive a 10% discount and not the 20% discount promised to online customers. After explaining our online issues to the sales advisor he advised us that the 10% discount was all he could offer. At the time,this was acceptable as we only wanted a quote. After approximately 38 minutes of the usual questions, we received our quote and said our goodbyes The sales advisor obviously thought he had cancelled the call when he commented to his colleague “She was a f@#king pain in the arse.” We both heard this very clearly. We have been a customer of esure for a number of yours and to say I was disgusted is and understatement. So much for esure’s “friendly staff who provide great customer service.”
