“I cannot fault the service I received from esure when another esure-insured driver skidded into my car. Before I had even had a chance to report the accident, esure contacted me and within half an hour their nominated garage were in touch to arrange the repair. The claims staff were extremely efficient, professional and sympathetic and really helped the whole process run smoothly. Apart from organising for the repair company to collect my car and deliver a courtesy car, I have not had to do anything. The repair was done quickly and apparently to a good standard.”

“I cannot speak highly enough about Esure. I had my car stolen recently and it was a very distressing time. Everyone I spoke to at Esure were sympathetic and took the time to listen to me. They made me feel like a person and not a policy number. Everyone was polite and they gave me clear information on what I needed to do. Thank you esure for making a very bad situation into a much better one. I would highly recommend using this company.”
