“Trying to get an engineer to come out to assist me via the home emergency claim. The advised that they can not come out to fix having no hot water for 48 as 3.30 pm is classed as too late in the day and will not come out then.”

“Daylight robbers,!!!!!! they put my brand new car into Cat B just because the airbag was deployed. i checked with 5 engineers including a BMW engineer they all told me it should be Cat N or S. but they kept ignoring. i have received invoice from bmw ,which was 7200£. esure engineer price was 15000+. i think they are thinging they are better then manufacturers.. f.. a. h dont use them please”

“I cannot fault the service I received from esure when another esure-insured driver skidded into my car. Before I had even had a chance to report the accident, esure contacted me and within half an hour their nominated garage were in touch to arrange the repair. The claims staff were extremely efficient, professional and sympathetic and really helped the whole process run smoothly. Apart from organising for the repair company to collect my car and deliver a courtesy car, I have not had to do anything. The repair was done quickly and apparently to a good standard.”

“This is my first year and time with them and haven't made any claims yet, I don't actually know how they deal with their customers. All of the rating is based on the first purchase.”

“Didyou know when yout take out Esure 24 hour emergency this does not inclue electrics Yes we should read but doesnt cover the most important thing in house??? Had a flood plumber said get eletrician as soon as He phoned esure told me to do same Elecrician cant come for 24 hours till it dries oh and you have to pay me £79 Funny that just phoned a spark who came straight away disconnected problem now let it dry will be back to replace Seems your covered by everything with insurance now except what you claim for Rib off Britain”

“AVOID!! The company is a complete joke, 1 of their customers damaged my van I had to loose a day in work to take it to get repaired, so I wanted to claim loss of earnings so they asked me to provide 3 months of pay slips, I provided over 4 months & they couldn’t accept that as enough proof, they are a complete bunch of cowboys who are useless!!”
