“In all the years i have been driving, Esure were fantastic in all departments and this is only my first year using the company for my car insurance. I would recommend them to anybody. Fantastic service, even better prices.”

“Just found the Site. Had a Complete House Flood during the Winter of 2010.Great Service Claim over £100.000. Renewal premium great, Tried to get other quotes but nobody could match their Price I will stick with them as I Know how good they were with my Claim”

“I can't put into words the EXCEPTIONAL customer service i was given by a member of the Manchester team when i got through to CRAIG LEWTAS (I only hope i got his surname right). To confirm this EXCEPTIONAL individual works for Jonathan Rettig who should be extremely proud that Craig is one of his direct reports. Craig was OUTSTANDING in his attitude, completely customer driven and motivated by customer satisfaction to which i have never, ever experienced such behavior displayed by this individual called Craig. This simple phone call made me right this review and further communications into the company as i was completely driven to do something for Craig as he spent a great deal of his time doing something for me. I don't need to wish Craig the very best of luck for the future, as i believe he is the future of esure and the CEO should recognise this guy with a role in delivering exceptional customer service to new entrants within the organisation. In my life i have never had an urge to recognise someone other than saying thanks for your hard work. This experience made me write this review because Craig made a huge difference to me when dealing with the most boring subject in the world-Car Insurance. Now that's AMAZING. Thank you Craig and Thank you Jonathan”

“i had accident and all went smoothe then when i got car back my cord on the bonnett pull was broken ive spent 10 hours on the phone today and nothing got sorted pure lies and more lies ill never use this crap insurance again and id advice anyone the same thing STAY AWAY FROM ESURE”

“Offer on my new car ,after having it written off by other driven ,a joke , They delay there process as long as poss ,hoping your swallow there offer Shame on them , go with another company that states old for new ,forget esure and there other companies that work behind them.”
