“Got this insurance company as my car insurers for 2019/2020 through confused.com. I had a comprehensive car insurance with them and the staff was very helpful and reassuring.”

“Worst renewals experience! I was given a renewal quote and I said I’d shop around, came back to them and after 30mins and my renewal quote had expired and the new quote was now £70 more! Past 3 years I’ve always had insurance with Esure purchased through money supermarket and esure always came out the cheapest however when you call them up to get it at that rate they always refuse and get me to buy it online. It’s a frustrating process online and phone with Esure.”

“Cheap quotes for a reason. Awful second rate company who refer to their Terms and conditions continually. Could not speak to a Supervisor / Manager to discuss a dispute due to "Covid " , but Covid didn't stop them implementing their admin fees !!!! Poor, shamefull company. Pay a higher premium for a more professional insurer otherwise avoid like the plaque. Awful , awful, awful.”

“Phoned up and spoke to an EXTREMELY RUDE Scottish man called Martin. The call quality his end was awful and he was speaking far too quickly. So I very pleasantly apologised as I couldn't hear him properly, and asked could he repeat what he said, and he ANGRILY SHOUTED the sentence back to me and hung up. He needs to be sacked IMMEDIATELY. Call was 30/09/20 at 17:55pm (the call connected after a 25 min wait in the queue.)”

“Car was stolen and they offered 6k less than than it was worth. Do not use them. Terrible to speak first check they sent was for £130 as a scare tactic. Then they same you accepted the offer. No negotiation, I am not sentimental about cars but know how much they cost to buy. Feel utterly let down through no fault of my own. Would never use again or ever recommend to anybody. It is wrong and reported to financial ombudsman.”

“Left me stranded after a crash despite having fully comp and breakdown, refused to reimburse the 130 pounds taxi fare I had to pay to get home, denied I took no claims protection despite having 4 years.”

“Tried to amend a policy very unhelpful and very expensive a better value for money with another provider not even willing to compete, there we go good bye there is loyalty and you have a responsibility to never take customers no matter how good for granted!”

“My insurance was cancelled without informing me ! I was driving around with no insurance with my children in the car ! They said they sent me a letter and email WHICH I NEVER received asking for mor information ! I explained I couldn’t send the details until I was home as I was away with my children ! To which they said it’s not there problem!! I was stranded with my 7 year old boy so we had to walk home 6 miles as car is no longer insured disgusting attitude disgusting company !!!!”
