“The service was very good but the snags are that not everybody can print off there policy due to not having printers or working from a mobile phone.Trying to make an inquiry about an additional policy is impossible when you need to talk direct and get on line prices.”

“Got a massively better deal from gocompare to that offered by the same insurer who I have been with for a number of years. No change of insurer but a saving of almost 40%. Need I say more !!!”

“I have recently had my car stolen then recovered, it took them over 4 weeks to give me a courtesy car even though they had possession of the car within the first week. It has been 4 weeks and they haven't declared whether it has been written off or repairable. The staff and not sympathetic and do not care. I asked to be contacted daily by someone as it was me who was chasing them but daily...but surprise surprise they didn't and it was still me chasing up a team who quite frankly didn't care that I didn't have a car or any means of transport for 4 weeks. They have so much small print which you don't get to notice until you make a claim and costs you much more..Go with someone more trustworthy such as Directline I will never ever go back to Esure ever again.”

“I found it easy to communicate with the right people in the office. They were helpful in all respects taking me through item by item and listening to my answers patiently so that any misunderstandings of which there was few were easily sorted. The premiums while high because of the type of vehicle I drive they compared very satisfactorily with previous policies. Having been driving for more than fifty years I found their questions on my health and fitness were minimal yet reasonable. There was no stress involved in the transaction and afterwards I felt quite satisfied that I had chosen the right company.”

“A breath of fresh air – very impressed by their customer service when setting up the policy, so much so that I anticipate moving one of my others cars to an esure policy – they offer a discount for multiple vehicles. Fortunately I've not had to claim, which I suspect is the real test of how robust their customer services are, so my experience of them as a provider is limited but positive thus far.”
