“Just disappointed in the product that arrived. I’ve found the display photo of the ring is a little misleading as it looks like a flatter ring but in real life if seems quite rounded and looks like a tyre on my finger and not a nice flat ring.”

“The Original order and shipping was great however I had to send my order back for exchange due to sizing on the 9/11/22 and I have had no outcome or my order correctly returned and it's now the 20/11/22. I followed all the correct procedures as per the email. You can you please look into this as my gift was for a 10 year wedding anniversary”

“I ordered a rose gold ring. It was true to size and exactly as advertised. Sadly, after just 1 day of wear half of the ring was discoloured. No longer a beautiful rose gold but a muddy brown.”

“The idea is great however we ordered a set for myself and my husband for Valentine’s Day and we did the measurements off our original wedding bands using the online ring sizer and found it very inaccurate. Both rings we ordered closest to our size were smaller than our original rings and they were still too loose. My husband has lost his while working in less than a month as it kept falling off. Very disappointing.”

“The rings I ordered were beautiful and exactly what I wanted, except the sizing was wrong. Honestly, the sizing issue was probably my fault. The sizing you had available on your website was very confusing and was hard to compare to another standard sized ring (like Pandora, etc).”

“We bought a his/her matching set and we both found the rings way too thick. I have stopped wearing mine and have purchased another one from elsewhere. The women's 'partner ring' is 5mm thick! How many women want a 5mm ring? The only slim rings have odd patterns like geometric cuts, and I just wanted a plain classic ring. Sorry, they're just too ugly.”
