“I ordered a ring sizer and it took 4 weeks to get to me. Just the other day, I contacted Etrnl Rings Customer Service via email, and they haven't responded to me. Randomly (I don't know if it was coincidence or not), the ring sizers arrived the next day. So, I ended up with what I ordered, it took a while to arrive, and the customer service team never responded. So I have mixed feelings so far!”

“We love the idea and concept! For gym and work for my husband however the however this is our 5th ring purchase because even though the ring is work safe the silicone expands when hit with brake cleaner.”

“I’m going neutral on my rating, because while the ordering, receiving, and product itself were great. I’m trying to exchange the item for a different size and now it’s nothing but bad. From what I’m seeing their return/exchange process is that they send you an address in another country and no postage or envelope assistance. So I paid $19 for this ring, received it within 2 weeks, but I have to pay $50 to have it exchanged, and it will take about a month? Great.”
