On the sign up page there is a request to read three documents and agree that they have been read and understood, the Terms and conditions are fine, they are readable, the other two documents (risk statement and order execution policy) come up with the message that they cannot be found: "error 404Page not found. Unfortunately the page you requested was not available. You may want to check our support section, or if the problem persists, contact our customer services." This is happening still, today at 09.14 09/12/2016

My migration process is still pending from another broker for a month. Sent few emails but no reply. Hoping for the best.

When things go wrong on the platform, I end up losing money (when I have clearly won a trade). Not satisfied with explanations given. Makes me feel at times that I`m being conned out of money. Also slow payment of withdrawal funds (could be quicker).

For me, the issues that I had with ETX were constant. Phone calls taking 12 to 24 rings to be answered. No one taking responsibility for anything. Everyone hiding behind "it's our policy". But worst of all, the two day + wait, that one has to endure to receive your cash. These things all weighed on me heavily. Also, very few people ever introduced themselves on the phone. Perhaps it's just me, but I prefer to speak to a person by name.

They charged interest twice in the same day for a rolling trade which they only reversed/refunded once I queried with them. This makes me uncomfortable using them going forward. Also their interest charges are a lot higher when compared to others eg IG. I've ended almost all my positions at etx and have moved to IG. The only regret is that I should have made this switched ages ago. Their customer service and trading platform is miles better than ETX!

I have experienced problems with logging into their platform and having emailed them, have never received a response. I have also tried to call and nobody answered. Very unsatisfactory for a trading company to have such poor communication

Totally frustrated with lack of response to a query made on 21st May.Briefly your system was down and as a result,I made a small loss on a trade,for which I felt I should have been compensated. Despite several e mails,I have received no response,other than to provide more information, Having provided this ,I am then asked for the same information again! and then no response at all since my last of the 4th June. Similar situations with IG,have been resolved immediately and to my complete satisfaction. This trade and a similar one on the following day,were only very small trades,but ETX's lack of interest would certainly not encourage me to place anything larger with them.

You're way behind your competitors in customer service and resonse to queries, technical or regarding trading. The range of products in which to bet/trade is too limited too, and your spreads are not the greatest. Remitting funds to you is also too protracted, involving speaking to more than one person, Why can't this be done online? Sorry there are so may criticisms.

1. The system does not appear to be flexible in that the features are rather limited and the user is unable to 'customise' the screen layout i.e. the menu options are limited. 2. The size of the full graph is limited within the main trading screen. ...perhaps graphs could be detached from the main screen? 3. The words (ie names of share / forex etc) on the main trading screens are much too tiny. ...could the columns be expanded or contracted as required? Although the comments are rather negative I hope they are of use to you.

Easy to fund account, but very difficult to withdraw funds!! Errors made in transactions were rectified but not flagged or explained, nor showing as self explanatory. Bonus offer does not appear designed to deliver unless one is prepared to take excessive risks. Overall experience makes one weary enough to read every small print repeatedly just in case.

In March I grew my account by 27%. In April I reversed this and it wasn't helped because I noticed that ETXCapital were slipping my trades, particularly during NFP when they slipped my trade by a massive 40 pips when the stop was 10! I feel my broker is now working against me even if in April I tried the same strategy but not moving my stop to zero after quickly after getting into the trade. Regarding the unusually large slippage which even a competitor platform said was excessive (they said 5-10 max slippage even during NFP), this indicates that ETX on this occasion didn't have access to enough liquidity providers or didn't have fast enough servers to get me out of the trade. I feel I can't trust a platform that has this much slippage and Lucian Gladstone just brushed off my concerns. If I feel undervalued, I will obviously go elsewhere.

Trading platform on PC easy to use and I find to be quite intuitive. Fast response times. Only issue is with the iPhone app where I can't seem to close a trade although i can do almost everything else. Overall a good experience.

on a cfd account, unable to trade small caps/aim due to high charges. also as a new account client I found to much time is spent on tradeing cash and commoditys, to hit a bonus target, and no time to do anything else,,,sorry

I started by attending a course at WTA on their recommendation. I had difficulty setting stop losses and asked for help. I was told to meet one of your customer service team at the London investor show and was promised a seminar by Nick and Oz by arrangement the following Tuesday at 10.00am. No-one contacted me so I phoned again and was promised that someone would again contact me. That call never came either. I did add more funds but I still lost all my funds eventually. I phoned again and discussed a further deposit of funds but after discussion and much thought I accept that I will probably not be a successful spreadbetter. I think that my present loss should be the end. I feel sorry that as I asked for help and was promised help that none was forthcoming

I asked ETX Capital about the resolution of my account page because I can only see three lines of Forex instruments when apparantly their Tech people can see around 10. i was told it is my computer that's at fault but I believe it is ETX Capital's design of their pages which is at fault. So not very impressed at the moment

platform crushes at least twice a day...shockwave error sometimes watchlist disappears..comes back about 5 mins later slow during high volatility

I entered a trade on a US stock recently where the chart price had no bearing on the bid/offer. I notified ETX of this and the data feed was reset (I believe) but with no historical data. So I was in a trade with no chart data prior to the date of entry. Not acceptable at all.
