“The counter team were doing a great job considering having to deal with a number of difficult and challenging customers. They were returning goods that had broken with misuse, items for return without original packaging and being rude to the staff. All credit due to the staff for handle these situations.”

“Needed a new accumulator (battery) for my car. ECP had one for a decent price. Bought it online and went to pick it up. Centre staff were extremely helpful as I dared not stop the car (needed an accumulator, see?) so they brought it out to me. Top marks all round with the exception that the purchase confirmation email never arrived.”
