“Terrible customer service. Ordered next day delivery, called order line 2 days later 3 times to try to find out where my delivery was with no joy. Then sent 2 emails before getting a response. Delivered a week later.”

“Used to be a spot on supplier of car parts, but service seems to have gone down the pan. Ordered a selection of services parts, booked next day express delivery, guess what? No show. Waited a couple of days, still nothing, so cancelled order. Remade order and opted for collection. Noted, with pleasure, all items now significantly cheaper - so bit of a win there. Contacting ecp by phone was tricky trying to get the right person. Customer engagement not a strong point for some of them! Was I just unlucky? Has their LKQ merger changed them for the worse? Who knows!”

“I ordered car brake pads and received an item with the box already opened and the seal broken. When I asked for a replacement, there were no similar items in stock. The gentleman assisting me attempted to sell me a higher-priced replacement and insisted that this product is supposed to come like this, which I believe is incorrect.”
