Ordering was very East and prices very competitive. The service in branch was awful. 2 people in queue before me. Took over 15 mins to simply pick up my items. Couple at front took an eon to exchange wipers due to process to complete cash refund, signing documents etc. Person In front of me no clue as to what they needed, Advisor was out of there depth clearer which didn't help. All the time whilst waiting listening to someone in the background office on the phone ,louder than life, clearly talking to someone they knew, language was very colourful. An appalling experience

Unfortunately i was, once again "tricked" by the website into buy parts that dont fit my vehicle, and how bad their system is at selecting parts for specific vehicles (using the car reg). You input your Reg, get wipers suggestions, find a good deal, buy a few of them, collect next day, drive back to garage, try to fit the parts only to realise they do not fit... then you go back to branch, try to replace them but the only option in stock is 1 single product that costs the same as the deal you just found yesterday... that no longer shows avalable for that specific vehicle anymore. So you lose an entire morning to replace 1 set of wipers instead of 3. And then you go online and find the same (expensive) wipers for lower price on amazon next day delivery. That is great, isn't it ?

The item I wanted was in stock but that was the only positive. Probably the worst customer service I’ve witnessed. Kept waiting for an age for a click and collect. No welcome, eye contact or acknowledgment or Thankyou. Another customer was treated like dirt, and to the point of hostility and hatred. When asked for the assistants name they were told ‘go away, my name is go away’. Totally shocked to be honest.

I ordered some products on 11 March and they have not yet arrived on 21 March. It is true that I had to travel, but my wife was at home. So the delivery is poor.

i waited so long for my order (over 2 weeks ) i thought it was not going to arrive and went to my local euro car part store and brought my parts from there and 3 days later my on line order arrived and i sent it back with the driver.

Ideal if you want to be spoken to like you are a dog. Parts are cheap enough to keep me coming back though.

Order my parts Friday morning. I've received email, that my parts are ready for collection. Next day Saturday morning want to collect my order and it wasn't ready. I waste few hours. Second thing, there is always massive queue. At lest 40 min waiting. Not the best service

Supplied me with a wrong part which then in turn made me fail MOT retest (also garages fault as there was a lack of communication from both them and euro). However the garage was also a recommended garage from euro car parts for a fit me service lol Then had to drive from lichfield back to cannock hoping they would fully refund and just give me a replacement but instead gave me a more expensive part which i had to pay for again. Unbelievable really.

You use this site as inputting your license plate should ensure no incorrect parts are chosen / ordered. However this is not the case and several times now I have had parts sent that do not fit my car. Only saving grace is their returns policy.

The manager at my local Euro Car Parts talked me into opening a cash account as I used them quite a lot. The reality is parts are cheaper through your website than they are on my account which is quite frustrating. Not really worth having an account. A high percentage of the time parts are not there when they should be or are wrong. Waiting times in store are mostly long as not enough staff members on the front counter serving. Seems very poorly organised. I have been in the local store waiting for over an hour previously. I don’t think it’s really acceptable.

The parking spaces for customers is almost impossible to park needsto be addressd as some costs are lower than your competitors

Could do with another member of staff on the desk poor guy was left on his own. (He did very well to serve others and me). The manager came out and did nothing queue was out the door. Would put me off coming again.

I went to buy windscreen vipers. I showed pic of my car's reg to sales guy on the counter. He said they don't have vipers of ky car.. I came out and ordered online while sitting in my car parked just outside of store. Within ten minutes same guy sold me those vipers. Before ten minutes he refused me. What kind of customer service thats was?
