“asked wife to collect order-gave her a spary can instead of 5ltr Bke cleaning fluid. Tel at least half dox times to branch but no answer and had to leave message at another branch for the manager to ring me.It took two days for that to happen and then had to travel 30miles round trip to collect when their vans pass half a mile from my address daily so they could easily have made amends without causing me further anoyance.”

“Increasibly rude Customer service from the manager. Had to wait firstly over 20 minutes to get served then someone comes out and says we can do exchanges unless it’s at the original branch your purchased at just making rubbish excuses up to not serve me. The manager comes out angry like he’s the owner when he’s on peanuts.”

“Excellent price and service. Wasn’t 100% certain the Bosch wiper blades would fit as my car wasn’t listed. Checked with very helpful parts assistant if it was ok to return if they didn’t fit. Was assured that was ok. Due to accurate details of the wiper blades they were a correct fit.”

“How can I do a robotic churned out quality survey when I’m still waiting for my goods?? I’ve done my bit at my end, you know, payed for my goods and all that, but alas, no goods yet? I feel I should apologise because I am ONLY a paying customer (does your robot understand sarcasm) but, your communication has been a dead end. Your computer robot is a waste of life and I still await human service. Cut off phone calls and calls that have passed to other calls with no resolve !!! Please respond to your survey (yes, this survey, if your robot understands?). And, yes, I do still want my paid for goods!! I know that must sound outrageous to your company but Hey Ho, I’m a human. Jason Hunt.”
