“Ordered a light bulb. Missed delivery. Rang the branch (Cardiff) on Saturday and asked if they could deliver the bulb on Thursday. They said yes. They left a card on Monday saying I missed delivery. No delivery came on Thursday. Rang again, they said they could bring it Saturday. This never happened. Rang again and someone said the branch is closed so would have to pick it up. Why pay for delivery of they don't bother keeping to their promises.”

“I ordered disc for my car and put registration number in ect And ordered the parts went to the Beverley store and asked will these definitely fit and yes was the reply only to find to small so have to waist more time returning the items for refund Very disappointed.”

“I ordered my parts online to collect inshore. Unfortunately they were wrong. My fault. When I took them back. It was so easy the staff were great and looked on their system which has a bit more information and got me the correct part.”

“Store is local, easy parking and parts there for next day. All parts I have brought are of good quality and fit. My only disappointment is that the boxes are often torn, and scruffy. Does not give confidence that parts inside are what they say on the box or there might be parts missing, instructions missing etc.”
