“Easy to order and the gentleman on the counter was extremely helpful but the people in the parts store/department left me standing waiting for my parts whilst they had a chat. When I eventually received my order I thanked the young lad and he just turned away and didn’t speak. Rude is an understatement. Customer service at its worst”

“The parts supplied seem good, but the delivery (supposed to be in two working days) by Evri, was, as usual, very slow. Evri's site shows they had the goods last Sunday, but it did not get delivered until Friday! A pity Euro Car Parts don't use a more reliable courier!”

“I’ve used the Gravesend store for many years the only problem is the front counter seems very understaffed with only one person serving there is often a long wait , at times with the queue being so long I have gone to my other parts supplier. All this said right part first time and quality is good at euro car parts”

“Hi my order no is 111-00022140985 I purchased this item a while ago, when I ordered it they said 2-3 working days then they sent an email to confirm my order saying 2-3 weeks, tried to contact customer service to ask where exactly is it coming from as I wouldn’t of ordered it if I knew it would take that long, But all it is is an online computer asking me if that was any help, NO! So I’m still waiting for my order, and when I track it all it says is We got it”
