“Unusually, it took approximately 25 minutes to complete my click and collect. There were, perhaps, three customers in front of me and your team member behaved impeccably with patience as your team normally do. It could be the time that I arrived at your store, about 12:15pm, and customers 'pop' in on lunch breaks. Either way, an unusually long time.”

“Why 3 stars? Placed a pre-paid order for in stock parts. Later, got a text to say my order was ready. Next day queued for ages. My order was not ready, they put it togther once I was at the front of the queue. One of the parts (x2) was not in stock. Poor.”

“Everything was easy and smooth. All the information I needed was on the site and the battery I purchased was an excellent price. Also to have it delivered next day for only £6 was excellent value. I couldn't have driven there and back much cheaper. The packaging was excellent too. Excellent all round service”

“I ordered service parts at the Birkenhead branch to service my car in the driveway at home. I ordered the parts using my car registration number but after getting back home I realised they had given me the wrong air filter. Couldn’t return it either as it was a Sunday & they’re closed. Very frustrating & I waster fuel having to return their mistake back to their store.”
