“Only one lady serving on till . She’s so busy. 6 people on wating .some people left behind me .Take to collect my order 20 minutes. Very poor experience 😪😪”

“They need more store staff. It took about 45 mins to collect online orders. The queue was out of the door. 3 people left without purchasing so they are losing business by just having one person on the collection desk.”

“I neede a new battery and I was going on holiday the next day, you came with the wrong battery so the gentleman took photos and said he would see if something could be done, after about half an hour he returned with the correct battery, which i fitted. thank you so much to your company and the gentleman who dealt with it for going beyond normal service to an exceptional service to get me on the road again. I am 79 and have not seen service as good as this for a very long time unfortunately, so i will be telling anyone who wants to listen about your excellent service. Thank you once again , Roy Gorringe”

“Ordered online, website was easy to use and understand. Delivery date was good, I received a phone call on the day of delivery to ensure I was home. All items delivered intact and within the stated date. Very happy would use this company again.”

“I ordered early to avoid any delays. Went to collect after 48 hours and was told they have to reorder my part and it won’t arrive until a further 3 days. The young man at the service desk was unprofessional and addressed me as bud and buddy. I could be he is grandfather.”

“Goods weren’t available when I called in to collect an online order. However the person on the counter was really helpful and got one transferred from another branch which I collected next day. It was nice to see such good service when things go wrong.”
