“Excellent service all round, Had a call to say my accessories were ready for collection 5 minutes after placing the order and had assistance from the staff in getting me the correct parts when it turned out i had ordered the wrong ones. Well done to all at euro car parts Lowestoft”

“I orderd parts and got confirmation email. For to collect parts after 4.30 pm on Monday. My wife went along and found the buisness closed (kirkcaldy)But people still there. A man came to the door and said they were closed. She showed him the email. He said what does she want him to do about it. ( obviously get the parts that are already paid for). So car was left stuck for another day. And a hire car was had to be used. Not happy with this as it has cost me even more money than it should.”
