“The website is good ish giving multiple options but leaving it to you to know which fits. If you ring they can tel you so why doesn’t the site just show that option. The real issue is collection. Only ever one person serving and there is always a queue it just takes so long.”

“Absolutely shocking the member of staff I spoke to had no clue what he was talking about and he couldn’t recommend any parts he wasn’t very proffessional at all he was rubbish he didn’t have a clue what parts was what he was aweful”

“I had a ECP trade account for more than 30 years. During 2020 in the Covid outbreak my car work dropped off so ECP cancelled my trade account because I was not spending enough money. Since then I have bought 90% of my parts from other sources, they are usually cheaper anyway.”

“I was not impressed. It took nearly two days to procure the small sample bottle I ordered and when I came to collect it having paid for it there was only one person dealing with customers. I then had to wait about 15 minutes while a complicated order was sorted out for the customer ahead of me who was not using the click and collect service. When he had finally finished it took only 30 seconds to pick up my click and collect item. I regard this as poor service.”
