“I rejected two microfibres glass cloths at the counter for this click and collect order because they were very dirty. Grudgingly they were reordered and set for delivery, on arrival it appears they were the same cloths I had previously rejected. Very poor service. I subsequently raised an issue with Eurocarparts but have not received a response. Doubley very poor.”

“Awful, ordered a clutch kit and it was in the wrong box, came down from wick war to exchange and was given a different one to only find out it was also in the wrong box so had to go back again and finally get the right one, offered no refund or no compensation, staff were not very nice when wanting to exchange when this was the fault of the store or manufactures as the parts were in the wrong boxes. Very disappointed”

“Order oil and filter.Filter says it’s correct for my car After putting registration in.Correct make and model came. But filter didn’t fit totally wrong for my car,didn’t bring it back as it’s now dirty.Went and bought one somewhere else.”

“Ordered 2 top mounts for a corsa c only to be given two completely different parts went into exchange and tried to give me replacement of the wrong part but from a different brand so we’re clearly different still but he expected me to be happy useless service don’t think the guys behind the desk know much about cars just read from there screen”
