“I have bought a car battery , payd for next day delivery as i realy needed but it has not be delivered , nobady call or email me about ...I decidet to call and i've been told that i called too late . Called next day and they said later will be delivered . After two days i had the batery . No comunication at all . I hat to chase up two days in a row. Desapointed”

“Arrived a day after the email stated to give a bit more time. The lady was on her own on the front counter with a shop full of people waiting to be served she was doing her best. Finally got to the front gave my reference number and she was running around trying to find my order but could only find 2 out of the 3 items. She asked me to come back the next day. I rang the manager to complain and find out what's happening and he seemed not fussed at all and just told me nothing can be done. Don't tell me my order will be ready when it won't be. Came back couple days later and again the lady in the front desk was alone again and trying her best again with a shop full of customers then had to run off and find my discs and carry them to the front again. She went to the managers office to ask for help and he didn't wanna come out. Think in future I'll be using a different company to buy my parts”

“I ordered two suspension struts. One was delivered. Euro car parts have washed their hands of their responsibility blaming the couriers. I have had to buy another strut to repair a car to comply with MOT retest regulations. This has cost me time and money. I will not use Euro car parts again and will recommend my friends, family and colleagues avoid at all costs. Without doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced”

“A bit of a hit and miss. They often try to sell you parts which don't correspond to what is invoiced (wrongly boxed as they like to describe it). They will refund it if it is low quality and doesn't work, but the hassle and time wasted in trying to fit it cannot be compensated...”

“Absolutely shocking service. I type in the number plate and get the part. Shock part doesn’t fit. I go to store 40 mins away to return and swap it. They have a different catalogue then the website. BRILLIANT! Exact problem happens again when i bought rotors. Delivered then i have to go in person and travel near 2 hours just to get it tight since there service is absolutely gopping”
