“Good service from ecp themselves however the alternator I paid nearly £200 for was poor . I was aware it was a reconditioned unit from ‘Lucas’ but really it was just a painted old unit that charges at 13.5 v at best with a crack in the metalwork and ridiculous amounts of swarf and old congealed engine oil in the attached oil pump . I mentioned it and was told sorry about that but that was it . Had I not desperately needed to get the vehicle back on the road I’d have returned it. I always thought Lucas was a better quality”

“Ordered online paid for express delivery between 08.00/18.00 Phoned them at 17.00 to see what time delivery would be? Told it would be next day Cancelled and asked for refund, still waiting for refund”

“Online order for click and collect, founds useful and store i wanted to collect from. Arived next morning to collect all ok, parts I ordered were ready. My only moan is the lack of staff on front counter could do with an extra member of staff on counter or a dedicated click and collect counter.”

“I ordered a thermostat however it had already been opened by someone else as the security seal had been cut and the inside bag had been teared open. I will likely still use it as it does look unused however it seems stupid to send something out with a security seal which has blatantly been cut.”

“Has to visit the store 3 times to finally get my order. Someone either took my product or sold it on without checking that it's been reserved. The staff at the store could only apologise, when I was told it would arrive the next day in the morning it did not. Not a good service at all very disappointed.”
