“order online and pay which is helpful just collect prices good no problems”

“Went to buy a grit guard for bucket , it took 20 minutes to bring it to me , when it arrived it was the wrong size so had to return it . Wasted at least 30 minutes of my time , which was not the first time . No point on click and collect if the process is going to take long.”

“Only one person serving, meaning a wait of twenty minutes to be served. Once at counter they couldn't find my order asked me to wait while they looked. Nobody came to me so i had to 'push in' the queue to speak to the one person serving to ask if anyone was looking after me. He went in the back and said it's been booked in but we cant find it we will have to re-order. Took a refund as customer service was zero. Gave my money to another factors whose service was excellent.”

“Collected a bonnet on Saturday, staff helped me put in the van. He advised to take it out the box as the box wouldn’t fit in the van, we done that the bonnet was damaged but I didn’t realise till I got to the bodyshop manager advised to email head office not happy with the customer service.”

“Hello i order the parts on saturday because was the last parts shop open at that time . I call in the office to ask if i can collected saturday insted monday morning at 9 am .the person on the phone sad yes because the parts is here and you can collected earlier . After this i put the order i go at hereford branch and was one women very not happy with my order and sad you need come monday to collect because the parts not was there . I know you guys receive the parts every day after 12 pm .so this person no want to help me to take my parts earlier .”

“2 or 3 different choices at different prices to suit budget. Ordered on line, upon trying to collect the person behind the counter says order not came through yet, took my name and which vehicle I was in and would fetch it out to me once he could get order.”
